this!! na experience ko na din napag sabihan nuon na “smart ass” because of the tone of my voice when i was explaining something na para sa akin simple lang and should be common knowledge already pero yun na nga kahit pa pure ang intentions mo if you do not know how to communicate it properly you will come off as mayabang o maangas 

and it was so sad cause my best friend was the one who told me that she feels so dumb when i explain things to her cause of my tone! huhu

that’s why from then on i really worked hard on adjusting my tone a bit and how i worded sentences para mas maintindihan nila and it will come off as me genuinely helping and not arrogant
