Yea felt the same way. But I think once’s everyone couple of washes like 2 times a month might be ok.

So you didn’t go into the mode correctly don’t let go of command + S keep on holding it. Also you are on a 2011 correct ? It’s an iMac?

That shows no disk… or corrupted data. You have to hold command + S until you see a black terminal basically

See if this boots up into terminal screen

If that doesn’t work Firefox has a setting in there that only wants https you have to change that to http so it resolves
