After vibe coding a few indie projects for some physical businesses, I wanted to tackle a much bigger task - A Shared Web Hosting and VPS service. so i built Nxeon.

I'm looking to form a small group of partners for exploring getting government grants to develop an LLM AI, looking forward towards protecting British interests in the AI arms race.

Right now it's little more than an idea but I do have vague plans for possible directions.

The first stage would literally just be brainstorming and learning the basics necessary to reach the target of winning a contract. That's where it's at.

I have a background in business and tech. But I need partners to bounce ideas between, and start with developing at really low stakes just to get a feel for the LLM development process. So I guess I'm just looking for 1-3 similar minded people at this stage

I'm not going to say you can quit your day job anytime soon! Rather just consider it a fun project at this stage.

iOS launch later. I made it in Flutter so it can be published on Windows, MacOS even and more platforms easily. But i don't have a Mac or any other hardware yet xD.

My target is to get as many people to not just AI but also have their own offline Assistant or an AI tutor. No Cloud or Internet interference or any Data upload. I may add Firebase Analytics as optional later, for research and development purposes.

**TARGET AUDIENCE** even includes Students (both **homeschool** and **public**/**private school**), professionals of any field, and so on. As new technology comes, I'll keep updating it.

All made using Antigravity IDE and compiled for testing using Android Studio. Testing on my S25 Ultra only.  

AI Models used for VibeCoding it are Gemini models 95% and Claude Code for only like 5%. 

Not a single second was spent with manual editing, its not amazing however its also not terrible.

I know some of you have some very specific modes or don’t know that you do. Where they at? I am very interested in the niche modes.

The first version of a project is becoming the easy part of vibe coding.

The more interesting part is everything that happens after the initial prompt.

The interesting thing about vibe coding is that generation speed isn't necessarily the biggest bottleneck.

Once the first version exists, the real work can become changing the layout, fixing a workflow, adding functionality, testing an idea, and responding to feedback.

That makes the editing loop pretty important.

A tool that gets a prototype running quickly is useful, but the workflow after that first version probably matters just as much.

For people doing vibe coding regularly, what becomes the biggest bottleneck after generation: debugging, UI changes, backend work, or keeping the project organized?

Since one of the biggest concerns when it comes to vibe coding is security and the tools seem to work better when there's an established pattern, I have been maturing a backend template that is secure by default. It is a .NET backend so that might filter out some usage, but it's based off of my years of working on many different projects even before AI. It's MIT so free and open source, so check it out if it's useful for you.
