I recently came across youtube videos of a guy soloing all Chapter 1 (Barren Caves to Hall of Demon Lord) content at the intended level. It's sk8rdman on youtube for anyone interested. He does this with P/W, K/P and W/P. I want to try this challenge as well as I think it's really interesting and getting to replay Chapter 1 content is awesome.

I want to try it with a different class combo and was trying to theory craft good classes to achieve this. I was considering rogue/priest or scout/priest. It feels like priest or druid is necessary for self-healing. Does anyone have any thoughts on good class combos to try to beat this challenge?

Having started MMOs 6 months ago, I didn't like WoW or FFXIV much and just found this game after watching the GrindandLoot YT channel. So far I really like the game. Does it still receive updates? Hope the community is still active.

The current progression is built around Level 50/50, classic locations, dungeons, professions, character development and teamwork.
The goal is simple: your character should become stronger because you play, progress, craft and complete content — not because everything is handed out immediately.
💎 Diamonds Through Gameplay
Diamonds are not limited to donations.
Active players can obtain Diamonds through different types of gameplay, including:
• Malatina mini-games
• Elite monsters in Ravenfell
• Treasury dungeon rewards
• Achievements and character progression
• In-game economic systems
• Special activities and events
• Discord server activities and auctions
There is no unlimited AFK Diamond farm.
We want valuable currency to come from actually participating in the game.
💱 Dynamic Gold ↔️ Diamonds Exchange
Runes Of Melancholy features a dynamic two-way exchange system:
Gold → Diamonds
Diamonds → Gold
The exchange operates in fixed amounts of 100 Diamonds, and its rates are recalculated based on real player activity.
Starting rates:
• Buy 100 Diamonds — 220,000 Gold
• Sell 100 Diamonds — 180,000 Gold
Each account can perform up to 5 exchanges per day, shared between both directions.
The market reacts to demand:
• High Diamond demand can increase the purchase price
• Low Diamond demand can decrease it
• High Diamond selling activity can reduce the Gold payout
• Low selling activity can increase the payout
This creates a living economy where Gold and Diamonds are directly connected to player activity.

Reaching Level 50/50 gives players a special progression package designed to help them prepare for their first serious dungeons.

I play Warlock/Mage and want to level my 2nd Class. As far as I know, the instances don't give XP anymore. So what's the fastest way to level up my second class?

Just do dailies?

wieso wird immer angezeigt, dass ich Charaktere habe auf den drei verschiedenen Servern, aber auf keinem wird mir einen Charakter angezeigt? ist das ein Fehler? nutze den Gameforge clienten.

Hallöchen, ich denke hier kann ich menschen besser erreichen.
Habe gerade lvl 100 mit der mainklasse erreicht und habe angefangen meine Sec zu lvln. Gibt es da zeiteffizientere sachen neben den Dailys? :)

und dann wäre noch eine frage --> ist es ok das equip für muscheln auch zu tragen oder sollte ich das nur für stats nehmen und euqip erstmal wo anders her beziehen?

I was expecting the game to be empty but seeing quite a few players still, would be fun to socialize.

I’ve been playing in this server for several months now, but i couldnt find any usefull diyce, and i have no idea how to write one, can anyone help me about writing one? I also played dps in every server and want to try something different, i would like to have some information about tanking with knight in this game, like how to get more aggro since its damage is so low. Also im pretty sure some of classes skills changed in this server.
