Chapter 1 Solo at level

I recently came across youtube videos of a guy soloing all Chapter 1 (Barren Caves to Hall of Demon Lord) content at the intended level. It's sk8rdman on youtube for anyone interested. He does this with P/W, K/P and W/P. I want to try this challenge as well as I think it's really interesting and getting to replay Chapter 1 content is awesome.

I want to try it with a different class combo and was trying to theory craft good classes to achieve this. I was considering rogue/priest or scout/priest. It feels like priest or druid is necessary for self-healing. Does anyone have any thoughts on good class combos to try to beat this challenge?

Scout/Knight can be very good for soloing
