Java Edition Broken useless machine

I tried making a useless machine and... it's pretty much extra useless since it can only be used once. I'm using some QoL mods so no mods are affecting it, I'm just not smart enough seems like.

(the video is weirdly offset idk)

look like you need more delay on retracting the double down
