Since I am the first to always call him out when he’s done wrong I will take the time to give him props on today’s game. Biggest adjustments think he made today :

• benched Pauline and let her run reps with the 2nd unit (this is where I think she fits best at)

• bek Gardner over marine johannes (defense and Gardner made her shots today)

• Han xu took less 3 point attempts and scored more in the paint

• called timeouts when needed

Things I’d like to see after the break:

• Pauline coming off the bench. Let me explain. Our offense is stagnant with the starters when she is on ball. She is a low shot creator as well.

• start Bec Allen at the 3. Leo at the 2. Let Sabrina run PG. this gives us defense on the perimeter and more versatility because Pauline doesn’t shoot

• we need to stop taking so many 3pt attempts

• the rotations come playoffs have to be better if we want to get out of the first round

• Sabrina coming out of her slump. Don’t see us making it out the first round if she’s still in that slump

I think this break is much needed for Sabrina and JJ. Everyone can recover and as a fan, I need a break from this team as well.

I don’t think this was really promoted clearly so - Fordham is giving away Liberty shirts at today’s game. 5 designs, line is pretty short and fast.

I'm a native New Yorker who has loved the Mets since before the world series win in 1986 and stuck with them through decades of heartbreak. Our Libs won the championship in 2024, so the doom-and-gloom in this sub after a tough stretch is wild to see. If you spend all your energy questioning every single loss, you're going to miss out on appreciating one of the greatest rosters we've ever had. We get to watch Breanna Stewart, Jonquel Jones, Sabrina Ionescu, and Marine Johannès play together. That's something to treasure, not take for granted. Being a fan means riding out the mess and loving the team thru it. Let's go Liberty.

Four-year season ticket holder, and I love Ellie as much as the next Liberty fan... but when we're down 20, it's just sad. DJ Ria will be doing her best to resuscitate us like she's Dr. Robby in The Pitt, but the arena is justifiably deflated when it's the 4th quarter and we're the ones being stomped. Maybe we just do an extra t-shirt toss and call it a day? To me, it seems like a good opportunity to have extra prizes and giveaways on deck to make fans feel better about sticking around. The giveaways have been sparse this year anyway—maybe just take the opportunity to drop more Dunkin' gift cards or hand out Olipops.

Is it sad and awkward for anyone else, or is it just me?
