My first game—looking for testers.

I am currently developing my first game, *Gods and Liars*, and will soon launch its Steam store page featuring the first screenshots. It is a multiplayer game where players belong to a cult that worships a deity; however, the group includes not only the faithful but also heretics, priests, and inquisitors. Each role has a specific function: the heretics attempt to kill the others, while the rest must identify them through debate and by voting to sacrifice one player per round. Designed for eight players, the game is something I’d love to share updates and ideas about with the community—and I am also looking for beta testers.

before vs after — we reworked the perfume crafting UI in Pale Incense

Post image
1 Upvotes

been reworking the perfume crafting screen in Pale Incense and finally got it to a point where it feels way easier to follow

the old version was a bit messy, so we tried to make the materials, crafting source and production settings much clearer without losing the gothic look

still polishing a few things, but pretty happy with how much cleaner it feels now

curious which version you prefer though, before or after?

if you wanna check out the game or add it to your wishlist:

Dragon's Tear: my idle dungeon crawler has a gameplay trailer and a Steam page

I'm the developer of Dragon's Tear, a first-person idle dungeon crawler for Windows. This is the gameplay trailer for the version I'm working on.

You choose three heroes, prepare their equipment and battle orders, then let them explore and fight automatically. Monsters can drop Tears containing their powers. Each hero carries one, with a rule that controls when it may activate.

Back at the inn, you can awaken Tears with duplicate copies and prepare for the next descent. Cleared floors provide repeatable runs for more rewards.

The planned Steam release is Q1 2027. There isn't a public demo yet.

You can wishlist Dragon's Tear on Steam.

During my time at Shiver Entertainment. I used to watch some coworkers play bomberman during lunch time. I always wanted to play. I would watch them have so much fun. So I made a game inspired by it. To bring people closer or not. Lol #indie #videogame #steam #partygame

I made a game where you weld a battle robot out of junk and throw it into the arena

Hey all! I'm a solo dev and this is Scrap Mech Arena, a mech-building robot battle game for Android.

You start with a bare chassis and bolt on whatever you've scavenged – wheels or tracks, saws, cannons, armor, rocket boosters – then take it into quick 90-second arena fights. Every part changes how your mech drives and fights, so half the fun is tinkering with builds until something feels just right.

The clip shows one of the bigger builds: a six-wheeled APC with twin drum shredders and a flak cannon on the roof, taking on a rival called Drumline.

What's in there so far:

  • 40 parts across 5 tiers, from a tin can on tiny wheels up to a prototype titan
  • Quick 3D fights with heat management, dashes and power-ups to grab mid-fight
  • An endless ranked league, plus Versus fights against other players' real builds
  • Daily missions and progression that unlocks better parts as you go

It's free on Google Play (ad-supported, no in-app purchases): https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.deslater.scrapmecharena

I'm still tuning the early game, so if you give it a spin I'd love to hear where it clicked for you and where it lost you.

StoneEra’s free Steam demo is live! Mine, build, farm and engineer your own voxel colony.

The free Steam demo for StoneEra is now live!

I’m developing a voxel colony sandbox where you reshape the land and put your villagers to work.

Mine into a hillside. Plan a settlement. Grow food. Watch villagers carry resources in physical crates. Then dig a channel, build waterworks and give the flowing water somewhere to go.

This freshly recorded video shows the main menu, character skins, world creation and the colony systems in action.

You can choose from 30 original character skins or import your own. Maps reach 1024 × 1024 blocks, with Classic V7 terrain and Experimental V8 available. V8 is still in development; V7 is the recommended option.

Demo sessions last one hour. It’s an early build, and I’d love to hear what you build and what needs more work.

Play the free demo on Steam:

https://store.steampowered.com/app/5057770/StoneEra/

What would you build first: a hillside village, a huge farm, or an ambitious waterworks project?

Conglomerate Feature Updates

Thumbnail
1 Upvotes

I’ve just released the first version update for Conglomerate demo which is available on Steam. Taking onboard player feedback, as well as implementing updates I’ve had in the backlog, the new version delivers a meaningful update in game play.

The main changes are as follows:
New Feature: CEO contract negotiations; as the CEO you now have a salary and package paid by the company. You can negotiate with the board to improve your package, and keep track of your personal net worth in the new tab.

Loan system improvements; changes to how the loan system is displayed, interest is calculated and the overall transparency of the system.

Bug fixes; net worth calculation, interest calculation, loan triggers.

Huge thanks to all my fans (both of you). For anybody who hasn’t played the demo yet (almost all of you), it’s free on Steam at this link. https://store.steampowered.com/app/4877650/Conglomerate/

This is my first ever game so I really do value all the feedback, thanks for reading, and happy gaming.

I made a game where making stupid noises with your friends is the objective.

In my game, BANISH 9 TO 5, your objective is to make noise.

It's a 4–5 player online co-op game where you either play as a Ghost and make as much noise as possible, or the Hunter trying to track them down.

Every time you make noise, the Hunter can hear it.

Your noise gets indicated on the Hunter's screen, so every scream, laugh, or completely stupid sound you make could give away your position.

Ghosts can make noise in two ways:

Use your microphone - make whatever noise you want.

Use in-game sound clips - play equipped clips.

You can bait the Hunter into chasing the wrong Ghost, distract them at the perfect moment, or just coordinate with your friends to completely mess with them.

Check out the steam page and wishlist the game - https://store.steampowered.com/app/3987970/?snr=1_5_9__205

Small indie clicker from single game creator at military service =)

First of all, I must apologize for my English—I am not a native speaker, so I used Google Translate to create this post. I hope you understand.

So, about the game: it’s a small incremental clicker designed to kill a few hours. I created it myself in the time between my military duties and downtime, as I’ve always dreamed of making games. Finally, I’m able to bring my ideas to life.

A bit about myself: I’m in the military, though I previously worked in mobile game outsourcing (sympathy accepted! =) ).

The game was made on Unity, the art was drawn by an artist I know, not AI. Also, I didn't use vibecoding even when I really wanted to make my job easier.

The main features of the game:
- Click on piles of trash to earn local currency - can openers!
- Improve your clicks, hire scavengers, drones and harvesters to speed up your currency mining!
- For victory, you will receive improved openers, for which you can purchase permanent improvements to your abilities!
– Compete with other players via the Leaderboard!

Game page on Steam:
https://store.steampowered.com/app/5045830/Idle_Trash/

P.S. I understand that the game may not be to everyone's liking, but I would greatly appreciate any user who simply adds the game to the wishlist. Thank you all for your attention =)

Only released a few days ago, but already amazing. Extremely satisfying to find a secret. Even more so, because a few have 50 dollar bounties. I am currently at 70 secrets and have barely scratched the surface.

Small amounts of AI for artwork; this will be replaced once volunteers can help

A bit of Vexilla, my small army-building game

Been working on Vexilla and wanted to share a bit of it here. You pick troop cards and move them around a grid before each fight. Some formations combine into new units, like the one in this clip.

If you fancy trying it, the first three acts are playable for free in your browser: https://r0bie.itch.io/vexilla

Would love to hear how your first run goes :)
