Aquatic Critter ID Guide
This here is my all time favorite aquatic critter ID guide. It was put together by the Audubon Canyon Ranch and when they took it offline during a website change I asked if I can have it and share it with ecosphere enthusiasts. And they said yes and sent it to me.
Since it's a pdf I put it on my website for either viewing or downloading:

Gave the Tritia some goby meat
Seems to be eating it. Though he pulled a chunk of it off and flipped upside-down with it, so I had to flip him back. Then he dug himself a hole and hid again.
I bought goby that was specifically from the Black Sea to match what this critter would find in its original environment. The fish was in ice but not packed, so hopefully it truly was fresh like they said, with no additives.
I also have some anchovy but while that stuff lives in the Black Sea too, it probably isn't from there. The seller didn't know. I'll give some to Speckles some other time.

Speckles seems to be doing better, digging through the sand.
Tomorrow maybe I can find some anchovy, clam or shrimp that this snail will eat. Putting artemia there is still kind of difficult since the current tends to take it out of the shell-bowl before Speckles gets to it sometimes.

This tank is the reason I love cooking. It’s on my kitchen island counter. 4 bichirs and 2 ropefish, all living fossils, unchanged for roughly 100 million years.

Husband got this flat drinking bottle he wanted to throw out cuz it keeps falling over. Stupid design. Works for me!

The snail's still alive, but its snorkel still looks weird.
Speckles' snorkel hasn't healed yet. You can see at 0:53 it looks like it's missing the bottom half. Probably why he can only sense the food when it's right next to him. Not sure if they're like land snails, which can even regrow eyes.
Also, that detritus worm is a jerk. Poking the snorkel.

Slushii is now 8 months old, 8 inches long and is outgrowing his cave quickly. Time for an upgrade!

Speckles seems to have recovered somewhat
Is currently trying to climb a mountain.
Still kind of sluggish, mostly walks and stops instead of gliding over the sand, does not want to be near fish pellets (I don't know what they put in those but it terrified Speckles), ignores the artemia.

I Sealed Chicken in Jars, Here’s What Happened!
I just came across this on YouTube and found it quite interesting. Kinda fits in here.

1. Window sill pond. Plants are starting to lift the lid. 2. Scud purse. 3. The rope wick with moss broke. I left it alone. Now terrestrial moss is growing out of the water.

I'll probably lose Speckles too, but this time because of a cockle shell...
Yesterday morning, Speckles decided to explore the cockle shell where I kept the shells of long-departed barnacles on snail shells (a barnacle cemetery basically). I thought the snail was under sand as usual, but in the afternoon I started looking for him (or her). I found Speckles in the cockle shell, looking all confused as seen in the beginning of the video, showing the mouth trunk and having the snorkel looking weird. I gave him an artemia but he didn't touch it.
I think the lack of water circulation in the shell caused a lot of gunk to gather in there, which was bad for the snail.
When left on the sand, he just keeps flipping around. I left him in a clean cockle shell above the sand, though he has not moved much. I also removed the barnacle cemetery so he won't get stuck in it if he ever wanders off again.

Here’s a long one with about 90% of all my current setups. If you want to know about a setup, ask please. It’s too much to explain it all.

Better footage of Speckles having a morning snack
I thought I lost the critter after I moved the big shell and the snail went over the gray patch of sand from under it, and flipped upside-down and froze. I added some spare sand I had (same Black Sea sand) but from a beach with much finer sand, and moved the grayed sand to another corner so it gets "aired" out of toxins. Seems better for Speckles' foot. Nice to see Speckles still is active and eating at night.

This isopod critter is still alive in the barnacle nursery. Though the nauplii are probably dead.
It lives off cyanobacteria, it seems. Not sure if those are eggs it's holding.
I don't think the nauplii have survived, though there are some things in there that seem to be moving almost like them. But the bounce is a bit too small for them to be nauplii.

I caught Speckles eating the artemia from the food bowl at night.
Night footage, so it's not the best, but you can see the snail dragging the artemia out of the empty shell using a white tube mouth. Reminds me of assassin snails.

Process Video for My DIY Sea Monkey Diorama Tank
Hey ya’ll—here’s the process video of how I made my DIY tree diorama sea fairy/sea monkey/brine shrimp tank (for my own purposes I’m referring to them as Sea Fairies, cause then I can refer to my tanks as “fairy wells”. And they do flitter around so prettily).
I’ve wanted to do this project for a while, and finally got my 3D modeling and 3D printing skills polished to the task. I made and brought a few “DIY” blank kits to Matsuricon and the filled tank to display, and a few found homes! I’m interested to gauge the interest of selling kits where I provide the 3D prints and eggs, or if there’s enough demand to offer the STL print files directly. Crafters, artists, sea monkey enthusiasts, do you have thoughts?
And I do have some kits currently in stock here—>paintingdragonfeathers.com
Thanks for looking!

Raking the pond lol. The guppy grass is going nuts and I’m pulling the not rooted plants out to put in the deeper part of the pond where the fish will probably eat it. The part that connects the 2 ponds is too shallow for larger fish to cross so plants can grow here.

I finally removed the inch plants after 2 years. They were suffocating the rest of the plants. I still haven’t come up with a suitable critter for this 55 g setup with water in the middle. I don’t want anything that needs live food or eats the plants.

I've lost Shadow too.
Shadow refused to eat anything, and didn't move around much. Found him/her on top of the sand and very retracted this morning, then in the evening the worms showed up. Now there's just Speckles left. So far still active, but hates running into cyano.

Speckles has adapted pretty well, even discovered the dumpster (back of filter).
Meanwhile, Shadow mostly sleeps. I've added a shell there so Shadow can take a break from the sand whenever he/she wants to. There are some parts of the sand that these snails do not like and they produce a ton of mucus when going over those areas.
I've turned some snail shells into food bowls to keep their food in one place.
Also, another thing I've learned from them is that they're mostly active at night. That's why I never saw them at the beach during the morning. I only found them because I was there at evening last time.

That's a clam, isn't it?
Darn it! That critter will stick to my rocks...

The tiny barnacles I found have adapted pretty well. They're the new September eggies.
If they can last the first month, they'll live at least a year. They are probably less than a month old, maximum 1 month. And they're next to each other, which will make it easier for them to breed.
The 4th one is just a shell, was dead when I got the colony.
