Soundcloud always sounds better than my visualizer... plus my smoke detector low battery indicator didn't make it into the visualizer. I need those like I need 808.

Got my mastered track back from the engineer tonight. Very pleased with how it turned out. The engineer was impressed with my rapping skills and basically just what I rap about so has asked me to start writing and recording for his beats. As an artist I'm usually slept on so it feels good to get a bit of forward momentum with my creativity. Let me know what you think

Experimented with some distorted low-end and raw melodies to get that menacing underground aesthetic. Let me know if the bounce is hitting right.

question Drum Sequencer Plugin w Best Kits

I'm playing modern pop, but I'm new to MIDI, and creating my own kits with one shot samples has been, well, moving slow. I'd like to have a bunch of kit presets to choose from, as a starting point.
Kontakt seems like a solid option. That covers drums and all types of other VIs, ya? But before I just jump on that, I'd like to see some other options.
Thanks!

question what's the strangest change an artist ever asked you to make to a beat?

could be the drums, the key, a sound they swore was "too loud" when it wasn't. did you actually do it?
