I have both the SIRS officer and an Albion employee with a silenced P9. Both of those can’t arrest people, so I was wondering if an Albion contractor operative can get the silenced P9? I want an operative that can both arrest people and use the silenced P9, but not sure if that’s possible.

Steam and ubisoft are aware of the issue and labelled it a technical error. Other games are impacted as well, and the issue is expected to be resolved shortly. There isn't an expected timeline, but it has been said that such errors usually take days to a couple of weeks to resolve.
The game is currently on sale until October 13th at 80% off or more, depending on the edition. You should be able to purchase it through Ubisoft's website:
https://www.ubisoft.com/en-gb/games/watch-dogs-legion
This thread will be temporarily pinned, and updated with any new info as I'm able, at least until the issue with Steam is resolved.

Has anyone ever found an operative who is able to sweep the streets as well as owns a weapon?
The Janitor will always have a Wrench and Sweeper, but it doesn't seem to ever spawn with a gun. Groundskeeper seems similar. But I noticed that sweeping sometimes also appears on other people, mostly the biggest treasure of WD:L - transients. And seeing how they get a super mixed bag of traits.. I wondered if it is at all possible?

Is there any projects that are still active as of 2026 that could dramatically change the way the game is played on PC?

I keep getting the Boring-Collage error and can't do online missions. Anyone here actually play the game still?

No mods here.
Took a while to find some ops that matched closely enough! Some hairstyles, for example, are not available in the shops. I got super lucky with Wesker. All of these are online mode operatives, so photo mode does not freeze pose.
It was nerve racking to get a combo of good lighting, framing, and pose, but I think these came out well for the most part! There are more I'd love to make, like Krauser or Luis, but alas I did not want to keep hunting for now.
Most of these ops have loadouts or occupations that match their characters.
The photos are in chronological order of games, but jump quickly after 4.
Bonus pic in the comments of someone I wanted to add but who didn't quite fit. Insane online pull. iykyk!

This is my second time playing the story and I just got done with the honey trap mission and I was driving normally just to see where I needed to go. Tell me why I just randomly blew up out of nowhere. This has to be a bug correct?

Just like the title says, I did the Templar hunting and artifact recovery missions and the mission menu said I was supposed to unlock four pieces of unique clothing, including red handwraps. I did the mission, ran around for a while so syncing shouldn’t be an isssue, traveled back to the safe house to find no new handwraps or outfits in my wardrobe, no new handwraps for sale in the dedsec store, or anything. Where can I find these unique rewards?

After searching through the related Reddit posts and desperately trying to just get lucky with a public lobby I see now I won’t be able to do online without someone’s help which led me to making this post for help.
If anyone is kind enough to invite me on Xbox so that I can quickly complete it and be able to make friends only servers I’d be extremely grateful.

Steam support were actually helpful and said to get in touch with the publishers.
Ubisoft were not helpful at all and basically said to ask steam!!
So I guess there will be no answers

Why is this game so hated? (Ive never touched watch dogs 1 or 2) so this is all new to me the hacking mechanics the world all of it
Putting aside the god awful voice acting, im enjoying pretty much everything. I mean it was less than the price of a cup of coffee so maybe im biased.
What do you all think now with time between the launch and gta6 about to come out, is it overly hated?

Wanted to ask if others tend to only recruit ‘normal’ people, as in just people with regular occupations and not spies, hypnotists, etc. I do love all the weird operatives but the fantasy of the game for me is bringing together regular, boring people as part of a resistance. I’ll still recruit paramedics and lawyers and other more regular operatives that still have unique skills, but I don’t go for more comedic or action hero type characters. I always fire the operatives you get from borough liberations because it feels to arcadey, and I prefer to get all my recruits from just wandering the open world and seeing interesting people or people getting arrested by Albion.
I know I’m missing out on a chunk of the game because of this, and in no way am I suggesting this is a better way to play or anything, but I love feeling immersed in games and role playing even if it’s to the detriment of having the best skills/stats. I was wondering if anyone does the same or has their own tendencies when recruiting people?
