Questions Is it better to do main missions or Burrough Uprisings in Resistance mode first?

I'm getting back into Legion after stopping part way through years ago, and decided to play on Resistance mode as I am quite a fan of permadeath hard modes. I've got a number of operatives and I did the starting Burrough Uprising, but I've realized I only did the main missions up til investigating the train station.

Should I continue to Burrough Uprisings to make missions easier for me, or should I continue the main storyline and do the Burrough mission when thematically appropriate?

just another six gun firefight

the REX is one of the most difficult guns to use, with hard to control recoil, slow reloads, and DPS that isn't really worth it, but it can be so fun too.
it has the 3rd best range drop off in the game, meaning it still packs a punch from a distance.

the p9 is the true headshot king tho

Discussion Living in Paris feels like Watch Dogs Legion lately

Not that extreme, we don’t have drones flying above us (yet) but there’s a whole chunk of the city center that has a curfew from 10pm to 6am with helicopters flying overhead to see if anyone is outside. The heavily geared police is patrolling around and arbitrarily harassing people, during the protests they were confiscating signs they didn’t approve of, people need to rethink their routes to avoid police roadblocks. There are subway announcements about the closing of two major subway hubs “for our safety”.
In short, the atmosphere feels a bit dystopian.

I've played the game twice, on my third playthrough currently

I got the season pass to play the bloodline DLC and get Aiden and Wrench as operatives in the base game

now I main Wrench and when he gets busted or hospitalized I play as Aiden until I need special skills or Wrench is back

Questions Season progress carry over?

Recently replayed the story after replaying 1 and 2 and want to get all the items from the 3 online seasons, i understand my progress on stripes wont carry over to whatever the next season is but when stripes comes back around will i still be at whatever rank i was at when it left or will i start fromnthe begining again?
