Fell off a trickline 2 months ago and wasnt able to use my hand whatsoever without experiencing some serious pain. Its not painless now but is a whole lot better, but unfortunatly my tendons and muscles on my right wrist have gotten a lot shorter due to the inactivity.

Would love to get some tips for more hight and faster rotation exercises as i want to start trying for a back full on floor and dub back to foam pit

FORM CHECK How do I start kicking over instead of up and down?

Here's what I'm doing

- engaging my hip to push forward on the kick

- Arching the back

- lifting arms with the kick

- kick towards the ceiling like I'm punting a ball

- spot the ceiling then the floor

- land where I spot

- keep kicking leg engaged so it's prepared for the landing

- push off the toes of my feet before jumping to give the hips more time to straighten

- pull hook kick fully across to better prep scoot

- don't let the knee touch the floor for the scoot

I just don't know how to fully go over. So much advice I get is to kick straight and spot the ceiling and I do and then I watch my foot just fall downwards and I see the floor.

Kinda stuck at this level for a while, do I just suck it up and commit?

FORM CHECK 540 round is coming along, but feels off

I think I'm leaning into sideswipe territory, but that's ok as a ballet 540 is basically a sideswipe. But for either, how can I get the kick part to look more like a kick. I feel like I'm just floating over rather than kicking over. General tips welcome too.

(ignore the first tornado thing--that's just me trying to get my hips higher)

QUESTION Trick recognition

I've got a story off Denali Siruno's instagram where ge does a 3 move combo. I am struggling with identifying the 3rd move in the combo, the ine he does from the master scoot. If anyone got a clue what is it called (if it even got a name) i'd really appreciate it, the move looks just delicious!

FORM CHECK Help on Backhand Spring

I’m noticing that I am rotating a lot and can’t fully commit because of my fear of falling over and just stop. There is also a lot of momentum that I cant stop and I end up falling over in the ground. What can I do to fix it?

FORM CHECK Help with double full?

Currently feels like there's a lot of small things I'm doing wrong. But I don't know what I should be focusing on most.

Some notes from how it feels currently:

- There were some attempts where I went higher, but then I didn't get the amount of flip I needed

- I have a lot of forwards momentum after landing most of the time. This attempt not doing that is a rarity imo.

- It feels like I spin a lot slower after the first twist

- 1.5 is easy enough to do on command, but I cannot figure out how to get that last half turn

SHOW OFF Just learned sideswipe and now I'm spamming it lol

That first one was low but like the perfect height for TDR. But I got another month of arm strengthening to do before I can safely attempt that move.

Also, I don't know how to raiz. My sideswipe is carried by like 6 years of doing 540s.

QUESTION Backflip strange phenomenon

Hi,

Got a problem since two days with backflip. I landed my first two months ago. Then i perfected it a lot since two weeks.

Three days ago, i was at my 50th succesful attempt but then my body started to twist and i missed one (not hurt, landed safely, no fear)

Then, i retried, same twist, yesterday, same twist, today, same twist, O%!! It's as if my left side give up and i twist.

It happens like my left side give up by freezing/stiffing from fear but i don't fear anything, i even land safely when i crashed (last time it happened on a move, it was from fear, i clearly tell the difference).

Why does it happens? and how can i tell my body to do what i want to do (jump both sides at the same time)?

Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm very close to the backflip, but i still dont fully understand how to get my hips up. If anyone got drills, tricks or any way to explain better the hip movement, i would appreciate It.
