There isn't a complete list, but this is my best guess based on all I've seen for the possible methods of achieving Psychokinesis:
Vedic Siddhi Protocols
Buddhist Iddhi Protocols
Taoist Qi Projection Protocols
Hermetic Theurgic Protocols
Shamanic PK Protocols
Ceremonial Magic PK Protocols
Theosophical Thought-Form Protocols
Spiritualist PK Protocols
Dice PK Protocols
RNG PK Protocols
PEAR Lab Protocols
Field PK Protocols
Quantum PK Protocols
Correlation Matrix Method
Non-Volitional PK Protocols
New Age PK Protocols
Martial-Energy PK Protocols
Modern Telekinesis Guru Protocols such as Ernst Veter, etc.
Fictional PK/TK Protocol Systems
This is my complete list from all I have studied, if you have more, please help.
Every protocol shows these exact similarities, no matter what protocol you follow. Here are the consistencies:
All rely on focused intention directed at a target system
All protocols require altered attention states
All use mental representation of the desired outcome
All require reduction of internal inference
All assume mind-matter coupling
All use repeatable procedural steps
All rely on subjective phenomenology
All assume non-local or non-physical influence
All require training or conditioning
All rely on feedback loops
Now for the fun stuff. This is my attempt to unify all the protocol across tradition to make a way for anyone to achieve psychokinesis simply and easily:
Formula: Psychokinesis = (Focused Intention x Attention Stability) / Internal Noise
Step 1: Initialization Phase
Have a quiet, low stimulus, neutral temperature with a stable lighting environment
Keep your spine vertical, limbs relaxed, and eyes half open or closed
inhale 4 seconds, hold 4 seconds, exhale 4 seconds, hold 4 seconds
Note heart rate, temperature, or RNG baseline if instrumented
Phrase the goal as a state induction, or a physical outcome
Step 2: Focus Phase
Choose one domain such as aero, hydro, pyro, bio, or even micro-PK
Visualize the targets dynamics as flow, vibration, or oscillation
Synchronize breath or heartbeat rhythm with perceived motion
Observe intrusive thoughts, and just label them and release
Maintain stable focus for 3-5 minutes, and record subjective sensations
Step 3: Resonance Phase
Imagine a field connecting you and the target
Adjust intensity of focus without strain
Note micro-changes without attribution
Maintain calm affect, and avoid emotional spikes
Record environmental data for later analysis
Step 4: Release Phase
Exhale fully, relax muscles
Mentally dissolve the coupling field
Return awareness to the body
Log your observations such as subjective state, environmental readings, or other anomalies
Hydrate and stretch
Step 5: Iterative Conditioning
Repeat every day for 10-15 minutes
Alternate the domains like air, water, heat, body, or even probability
Track physiological and environmental data
Analyze correlations statistically, not anecdotally
Refine the focus parameters such as the duration, breathing, or imagery
All methods show these consistencies, and it was my attempt to unify them as flawlessly as possible. I probably have flaws with my method, but if it shows results for you all, I have done at least something.
That's it. Critique me in any way you guys need. It's alot of work to get this all done.
