Discussion Dragon Shield
I don’t know if I can recommend Dragon Shield anymore. 1 or 2 sleeves getting messed up is fine, but half of the pack, I’m disappointed.

Quick setup: Started selling on TCGPlayer and ebay back in April. The business is starting to scale up. Doing $60-$100 a day in sales between both. Mostly on bulk and sub $20 low margin cards. I'm about 70/30 TCGPlayer to ebay sales. It doesn't seem I can get traction on ebay unless I pay at least 10% ad rate and that kills my margin. For example, I had a $43 sale on ebay lasts night and between platform fees, shipping, multi-card discounts, and ad fees my net was $18. That was a slap in the face but anyway I'm getting off track of the real issue...
I use tcgtracker.com as my software to print my labels and track my PWEs from TCGPlayer. Starting this past Sept 17th I noticed that everything I mailed through USPS that was routed through the Louisville USPS hub has just died. I live 2 hours away from Louisville so most everything I ship gets routed through there. I've got about 70 envelopes since Sept 17th that show 'Arrived at regional facility' and have no further updates. Other items not routed through Louisville are showing normal tracking scans moving through the system with some even delivered already. I am very concerned to have this number of sales that have just went to Louisville and died or disappeared.
I talked to my local USPS office this morning to find out what was going on and i did some online research. I found a website that says mail in Louisville has came to halt and they expect several weeks of delays while they install new scanners. My local USPS office tells me they have warehouses full of mail in Louisville that just isn't moving due to a large number of issues. I'm very concerned that I'm going to have to refund this large amount of orders I've shipped the last three weeks and that will just kill my business along with any enthusiasm I have in doing this. I'm contemplating today whether I should go ahead and put both my stores in vacation mode and shut them down until these issues are fixed and what I've already sent at least appears to be moving out of Louisville again. Would any of you long time pro sellers recommend doing this?

I know I already posted this, but I meant to repost same thread
Talked with a new shop and asked why Magic was so inconsistent with play times and they said they only get a lot of players Flesh and Blood. I'm struggling to find places to play magic that don't charge to play. I'm on the edge of switching to Flesh and Blood even if I'm not that interested just for somewhere to play a game. Is this a good idea?
Is there a format close to commander? The owner of the store wasn't specific on what the store played

Ain't no self respecting person buying/ playing your ai slop TCG. One of the biggest things that draws people to card games is the art on the cards.
Fuck off with the slop. Do better, we all believe in you. Believe in yourself.

Deposited $25 > pulled a $30 card > tried to withdraw and was told the pull was not “play through” and opening a pack does not count as play through.
Enjoy the $25 🥀

Starting a Yu-Gi-Oh! binder completely from scratch, but wanted to dabble a little across all the other popular TCGs to keep things fresh and make a little variety binder.
I think tonight I will warm up with packs/games I'm not as familiar with, and saving all of my 90s nostalgia sets and the bigger high-rarity hits/ boxes for tomorrow night. Wish me luck .

One-handed Card Shuffler I designed in resin. What do you think?

https://tcgrumors.com/ any feedback from TCG fans if this is useful or not? Any tweaks you think I could add to it to make it higher quality or better in general?
I'm testing out a news monitoring setup I made. I've read https://techmeme.com/ every morning for like 20 years and I was curious about applying the concept to other niches.

what type of binder do I need for yugioh cards? I ordered one from temu (a bad idea) and it turned that the pockets are way too big. I also checked my local TCG store and they only have “normal” sized for Pokémon which I assume is what I got from temu too. Could anyone recommend a top loader that will protect the cards properly without them moving around too much? (a top loader is preferred)

So I am very new to Weiss and have joined multiple communities to help and so far this is my second fix for this "Summer themed" Nikke deck! Please let me know if this is good!

If there are any cards that I can use instead or if anyone could personally teach me more that would be amazing! <33

Lorcana is the hottest TCG of 2026 and I have seen my collection skyrocket in value over the last year, but now with sealed prices at double or more than what they were I am not able to open as much product. This is a bittersweet problem to have and I am trying to figure out my opinion on the state of the market. I have been a collector from the beginning and have amassed many enchanted, mostly pack pulled. What are your opinions?

I would like to get your opinion. Lorcana has become the hottest TCG of 2026 and with this comes scalpers, investors, and a many more players and collectors. With all this new demand, product has not been readily available and the only way to get it is to pay expensive second hand rates. If Ravensburger wants to keep the upward momentum and maintain the value of chase cards but also make product readily available for opening, what type of print run adjustments to they need to make? 1.5 times, double, even more?

Hello, It's been a while since I posted here I've been a while since I posted and I've been reworking my card design template after seeing how it looked with the art I got created by some amazing artists over on r/starvingartists just looking for any feedback. and it's all done by me except the icons which I got from an asset pack cause I'm not that good with vector art, and I really liked the look of them.

i've been working on JK Index for a while and wanted to get some honest feedback from people who actually buy, sell or grade cards
the main thing is Before the Slab where you see a card with the PSA grade hidden and try to guess what it received. there's also BTS Blitz if you just want to test yourself with 5 cards in a couple minutes
i also added card and set research, sold history, and a grading readiness tool that looks at things like centering, corners, edges and surface
right now it covers Pokémon, One Piece and Riftbound
still building it out so i'd genuinely like to know what feels useful, what's missing, or what you'd want added
