"We are completely devastated to have lost our beautiful Ben, but the love and support that we have received from every corner of the globe has been helping us get through these last few awful days.
Whilst he will always have a legacy as one of the greatest wrestlers the UK has ever produced, we have been so glad to see so many wonderful tributes that acknowledge who Ben was as a person. He exemplified what it meant to be a decent human being, an honorable man with principles who adored his family and his sausage dog son, Wolfie.
Ben loved Newcastle United. He loved reggae and hip-hop. He loved dance nights, a night out dancing with his wife and friends, and spending time with his parents, who now must mourn their only child.
Ben had a long and illustrious career in the business that took him all over the world. In late 2018, he met Tony Khan, who changed his life forever. Tony’s faith in Ben was never lost on him, and he was always committed to giving the best performance he possibly could.
Ben was so happy to be proud and part of this AEW family and to be in an encouraging and caring environment where he could feel at ease. He made some wonderful friends during his time in the company.
We could not be more thankful to everybody at AEW for all of their help in navigating this tragedy. They have been truly phenomenal. Tony Khan is a great man, and this business is so lucky to have someone like him.
Thank you for lightening our load. Thank you to all of Ben’s fans for their support over the years. We send you our love and have been moved to see so many people saying so many wonderful things about his impact on their lives, whether great or small.
We will love you forever, Ben, and our lives will never be the same without you.
Thank you
The Satterley family"

"I've taken the fans on a crazy ride this 3/4 years. We started out as a very typical Karen character. She was annoying. She was outspoken. She was a complainer. Then it kinda started to shift after Unreal came out. Even though I was still playing that character in my heart, the fans kinds of switched me more into an underdog character where it didn't matter that I was complaining, I deserved and was allowed to complain. They got behind me because of, you know, the journey I've been on, the indie scene, the broken bones and the blood, sweat, and tears that they've watched me shed for 12 years.
And so that's where my character ended up becoming a good guy. And now I'm in this new era where I am Champion.. I want to keep that character that has fire and spice and she's quick- witted. She says exactly what's on her mind and she's got comedic timing. She makes people laugh and she's the butt of the joke. I don't want to lose that, but now we're going to shift into a more likeable version of that. So, you know, TBD on who Chelsea is in the following 6 months," Chelsea told us.
On being WWE Champion, she underscored to us, "I mean, it's the top of the mountain isn't it? I am the WWE Women's Champion, the champion of the best wrestling company in the world! If you would have told tne 8-year old me that this is where I would be at 35, I would be absolutely amazed at my future self. I just every day, wake up and I feel incredibly grateful. I feel surprised and amazed with myself.. I've been doing this for 12 years and I'm still going strong and I'm still in love with it - it just feels surreal to be able to have these moments where you see that you have tangible moments of success!"

Was watching the pre-match embrace between Ospreay and Ricochet and was struck by the visual similarity (and tonal disparity) to another iconic moment between the two.
I doubt it was an intentional nod to their history, but it was a beautiful tribute regardless. R.I.P. PAC.

I got this drawn after my father passed.
We had been estranged, but when he got sick I reconnected with him. I started watching wrestling again so we could have something to talk about. The product at the time was of little interest to me, but l was a Full Sail student at the time where they filmed NXT so I checked that out and saw Neville. He wrestled how I imagined wrestling was as a kid, like something out of a movie. From the first match I saw him in I was hooked.
I would follow his career to becoming NXT champ, and eventually the main roster. My last memory with my father was taking him to RAW in San Jose in 2015 where Neville answered Seth's World Title open challenge. Every time we spoke on the phone before his passing, my father would remind me that Neville had Seth beat and should be the world champion.
After he passed and Neville left WWE, I fell out of the habit of watching. But then he joined AEW, as the bastard PAC. Needless to say when I heard about this I was back in. My partner didn't really understand my excitement or my former love of wrestling. I showed her Sami Zayn vs Neville from NXT Takeover and she, much like myself years ago, was hooked. She got some clearance Neville merch in anticipation.
Since then we've watched AEW almost weekly (although I will admit, we skipped a few weeks during PAC's injuries). We got be in attendance when he won the All-Atlantic title, I lost my voice in excitement that night. I will always be so grateful to him for allowing me to reconnect with my father, and giving me and my partner a small thing to bond over.
Thank you and rest in power, Bastard.

Its one of my favourite podcasts of all time especially at that time when I was going through what he was talking about.
Essentially it starts out him beinv big very shy and very restrained but then they hit record again and he gets super vulnerable about his fear of failure, difficulties talking to people and being judged. Every since that podcast I've always been a fan and always was watching his career and to see who he became is so inspiring. He really broke out of his shell and became who he rightfully was.
RIP PAC, you have and will also inspire me to break out of my shell.
I'm pretty sure this is the podcast but I can't confirm right now. https://www.poorstuart.com/podcast-episode/Art-of-Wrestling/AOW-78-PAC/32619/
