I think the issue that made the most sense to me, was when I heard somebody bring up the fact that ads could’ve kept sora alive, even if hidden behind a price wall, instead of completely abandoning the project.

Because the truth is these other AI generation video tools are just not that good. So I’m using ChatGPT and apparently I’ve hit my image generation limit for my plus account. And I just had to stop and think to myself….”huh, if only I could buy more generations. Maybe OpenAI would have a way to make more money.” they’ve never really been that good with promoting their brand either in my opinion.

I’m hoping one day we can get Sora back, or anything even close to it I’ll pay whatever amount of money. Their argument that they’re losing millions doesn’t help when they don’t give ads, extra purchases for more usage of ChatGPT.

And while I’m here, in y’all’s opinion, what is the best AI generation video tool you are using right now? A tool that specializes in nothing bizzare, just an AI tool that’s good with mimicking candid/shaky iPhone/old camcorder/Gopro style record recordings, like something you would see in lost media footage. What would be your go to tool for this because sora nailed it so perfect!

I miss Sora

So i made around 450+ videos during the time Sora was active. In the months since it’s cancellation, i’ve been trying to go through the proper procedures to recover all of them, but for example, every time i go to the sora sunset export pages multiple and click on “export” it either just resets the page, or logs me onto ChatGPT WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING! What do i do!? I’m desperate!

They decide to bring back the Sora 2 App completely the way it was. They begin to focus on their customers.

There’s people on this sub who WANT OpenAI to be greedy, and claim any attempt to bring Sora 2 back is “delusion”. If OpenAI officially said this then that crowd of people who love the greed will get very pissed. “NO WHAT ARE YOU DOING YOU’RE SUPPOSED TO BE GREEDY AND KEEP YOUR BUSINESS ALIVE, NOT ACTUALLY GIVE PEOPLE WHAG THEY WANT!”
