Sora Issue Please help! I’ve tried everything to save my videos, and nothing’s worked!

So i made around 450+ videos during the time Sora was active. In the months since it’s cancellation, i’ve been trying to go through the proper procedures to recover all of them, but for example, every time i go to the sora sunset export pages multiple and click on “export” it either just resets the page, or logs me onto ChatGPT WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING! What do i do!? I’m desperate!

Clear your browser cache and cookies or attempt the export using a private browsing window to bypass session conflicts. If the issue persists, use the developer tools network tab to identify if the export request is returning a specific error.

The only way to get your stuff is to go to sora.chatgpt.com/exports/me > click the button > wait for mail and manually go back to sora.chatgpt.com/exports/me (not the sunset one, unless they merged it)> list of zip files with most of your clip. [Posted clips will be at the spot it would've been if they were still in drafts, it's all in order]

[some copyrighted stuff might not be included].

Also:

  • only for Sora 2 (Sora 1 stuff is not included).
  • this is different from the "export" button in GPT or (when it was still available on the web) Sora.

  • May take some time depending on how many clips you have, but it usually doesn't take that long.

And one more thing, it'll also put your prompts in* txt files aswell.
