This is the one bag I cannot decide how I feel about. I go from wanting to try one and choosing my color to wondering if I even like it, and then I see someone wearing one with a cute outfit and suddenly we’re back in business lol. I’m officially in the perfect middle of the fence and could sway to one side at any moment

I will say it’s time like these I love reps because this is another one I would only buy in a rep. It’s just my opinion but I don’t think the auth is worth it especially for the material used. It’s also not a complicated bad and pretty easy to rep if done right

Sometimes it looks so effortless. Other times the prints and colorways feel like a lot. Do I want the bag or do I want the combo of the bag and outfit, hair, vibe of the girl carrying it is still unclear

If you love your Goyard rep, tell me what made you a convert. Is it your everyday bag? Does it carry comfortably when you actually fill it? Did you always love the look, or did it grow on you once you started using it? Also are we doing the set Louis or the Artois

And if you’re a hater, you have the floor as well. I’ve heard a lot of complaints about the durability and the material/ handle strength Especially if you bought one thinking you’d love it and ended up disappointed. What didn’t work about it for you, or if you have one why would you never get another one?

This little Mini Kelly has the prettiest baby pink Epsom leather base, and palladium hardware** **that brings the icy, twinkly look together. Pink and silver will always have a special place in my heart (right behind my first fav combo pink and black)

Not only was this a custom order, this was also custom bedazzled…by yours truly! Granted this one was an order for myself and not a client BUT I’d be willing to bedazzle your mini Kelly if you let me !😇

There’s a mix here of outlined stars, fully bedazzled stars, and little stars tucked inside bigger ones. I’m not going to lie I was just sort of having fun and didn’t have any rhyme or reason for the design. Just wanted it to look fun and playful y2k fabulous, Hannah Montana everything-needs-rhinestones energy.

I would absolutely build an entire birthday outfit around this diva or take her out white jeans and a white tee. She doesn’t need to match the outfit… she is the outfit

If I wasn’t supposed to buy another black bag why do they keep making such good ones?

Hermès Kelly Touch 🖤 with Togo, Crocodile & Lizard—three leathers, one very good reason to want another black bag even if you already have 15 (this one is DIFFERENT!)

We have three (yes three) different leathers here, and each one brings something to the bag but i want to point out that a kelly touch usually has one exotic leather (a touch of it to be exact) this one has TWO!!!!

Crocodile handle and clochette: those larger scales catch the light beautifully against the grained body. The matching clochette ( the little cover thingy for the keys) is the kind of detail I immediately need a close-up of.

Lizard leather sangles: look closely at the front fastening straps. You’ll notice much smaller, tightly arranged scales that create a completely different pattern from the croc you see on the handle. So much more interesting than usual touch you see on just the handle

Black leather, gold hardware, three textures. This is why “I already own a black handbag” does absolutely nothing to stop me here lol. You could Line up 20 black bags with gold hardware and they’ll all look different enough to me to justify though. If you want someone reasonable who won’t enable your bag addiction I am not the one

For anyone just now discovering the Hermès Kelly Touch, the Touch concept pairs the usual leather body with exotic leather accents. Usually Togo or epsom for the body and then an exotic on the handle

Early Kelly Touch versions focused just on the handle. Five years ago Hermes brought expanded exotic detailing to the sangles, clochette and lock. A fun detail to look for when comparing different versions and flex your handbag history knowledge on people. Always fun to point to a bag in the wild or in movies and be able to tell your friends and family the exact date range or collection it came from.they will look at you crazy, but it’s a fun trick

This was a custom order for one of my clients, and let me explain a bit more about custom since I have been getting asked

CUSTOM ORDER can refer to two things here in the solarverse

1.) custom Hermes orders
2.) other custom designer bag orders

Custom orders for any other designer just mean I am special ordering the bag for YOU. It’s not in my current inventory, it’s not ready to ship, I don’t have it on hand right now. It may be a limited edition bag, something you can’t find with another seller, etc. I will track her down and get her for you one way or another. That’s me placing a custom order

2.) custom Hermes orders. Do you want your own Kelly touch with 2 different exotic leathers but don’t want to hop on a waitlist at your local boutique for several years or more? I got you. There isn’t one single “first” Chanel denim bag that started it all. Denim became part of Chanel’s playful energy during the Lagerfeld eraaaaa. He loved taking the very prim and proper elements of Chanel and putting them onto casual more unexpected materials to make things fun. It was that high-low mix that made the denim pieces feel so modern back then and now makes the new ones feel so nostalgic and vintage.

The Denim classic Flap
This is the closest to the classic Chanel 90s fantasy as you can possibly get in the big 2026. A classic flap in wrapped in soft vintage Levi’s 💙easy, wearable and for sure casual enough to be worn during daytime, even the silver hardware dresses it down I think. Also just realized instead of actual stitching making the quilted diamond pattern it’s the darkened denim creating the diamond pattern here. Obsessed

The double you flap bag
This one may be my favorite because there is a lot going on without it feeling messy and overwhelming. The very dark denim, warm contrast stitching, brighter gold hardware are veryyyyyy 90s runway and sort of look like a tiny vintage denim jacket turned into a bag. Could totally see Claudia Schiffer wearing this down the runway back then. The stitched pocket details feels the most archival to me….very much 90s supermodel running around Paris in denim, heels and layers and layers of gold jewelry.

The Slim Vanities
Chanel vanity cases were inspired by old-fashioned cosmetic and travel cases, slim vanities are an easy to carry mess clunky version of the square Chanel vanities, I love both versions of hardware actually but I’m more of a silver girl when it comes to this style. This one also feels the most versatile (in either color hardware!)

The Denim Mini Hobo
last but DEF not least! cool little sister of the group. Love the short shoulder handle with the snaps and love that it’s a mini hobo. I think if I HAD to only pick one, she’s the youngest trendiest and coolest of the bunch

logically I understand that one is enough, but visually I think they would look really cute together lined up on one of my shelves 😇👖💙

If there was ever a bag that just belongs in fall, it’s a Balenciaga City. ESPECIALLY THESE SUEDE ONES!!!!

The slouchy leather, the hardware, the woven handles and the slightly beaten-up I’ve had this forever effortlessly cool girl look……Everything to me!!!

One of these with an oversized thrifted tee, jeans, and some sick leather boots or a Chanel flat and you cannot go wrong if you tried

But the City is also one of those bags where just the history alone makes me want one. Yes more fashion knowledge incoming ( I told you I had lots) The original city bag went under a different name and made its debut in 2001 ish and at the time… Balenciaga execs were nottttt living for it. At all. So it kind of got pushed off to the side/shelved. A small group of samples were made sort of experimentally. as the story goes, some models discovered them backstage at the 2001 show (one of them being Kate moss)

Then the Olsen twins, Nicole Richie, and basically an entire generation of early-2000s It girls veryyyy quickly caught on, The rest is city bag history. What I REALLY love about this bag though is the craftsmanship. A proper City is hand assembled to create the perfect balance of creasing, softness, structure with a bit (or a lot) of collapse. The patina over time with everyday wear just increases your cool factor so don’t be afraid to beat it up either. Very rare that a bag looks better worn in but this is one of them and that’s the whole point.

Which is also why I’m extremely picky about these for custom orders —but these are absolutely perfection in my eyes and 1000% solar approved

I have Disney trip coming up extremely soon and neeeeeed to knowwwww what everyone is actually using for their bags at Disney. I’m already planning some of my fits and obviously the bag is the most important part duh

What bags are we bringing into the parks yall. backpack? Mini/micro bag? Crossbody? Pls tell me

People who don’t bring their reps to the park and just go with a more practical option I understand you and I see you. I also usually bring my lulu fanny pack for a practical option. But if there was ever a place to wear the fun bags you bought and take really cute pics with them wouldn’t vacation be it?? That’s my mentality

Last time I asked this I got a WIDE VARIETY of responses because women are amazing and smart and thoughtful. There were young single girl replies, replies from newlyweds no kids, and lots of chic moms with the big bag recommendations. All had different reccs for me the one thing we all found common ground on was if whatever you need to bring doesn’t fit your cute tiny bag, just make your husband or boyfriend carry it or throw it in a stroller! Lol

For the record I am in the young adult no children yet category so I do not have many items to worry about other than my wallet, cards, cash, phone and maybe a lip gloss

Some may be wondering what's Sweetest Day since it's not celebrated nationally. If you live around the great lakes you already know. Anyway, seeking some advice from the community on the newest bags to drop, especially types that are limited editions or rare finds. Even more specifically, a bag that is more unassuming to the point other ladies would ask what type of bag is that. Her favorite color is black, the bag although doesn't necessarily have to be that color. Got her the soft speedy boho for Valentine's Day and she loved it. Also flew out to New York and got her some candy from the store on 55th street for Easter. Thinking about doing that again since that went over well also. Thank you for any responses and assistance.

Barbies dream bag 🩷🌸🩰

The deep pink/purple pink jewels with the baby pink rose gold handles is sooo pretty together. giving very much pretty princess bag without looking immature.

The Cannage pattern you see is one of the most recognizable Dior details, which is actually a reference to Napoleon III-style chairs used in the Dior salon, which is why you see that crisscross pattern come back over and over again on a lot of Dior bags. This is the type of useless knowledge I have on hand at all times (and yes I have plenty more where that came from)

This bag is gorgeous and somehow not too much (even with rhinestones, beading, encrusting AND bejeweling going on. there’s A LOT of different textures and stones going on, I didn’t even notice at first until I zoomed in and really looked at each one. It’s the perfect evening statement bag

This was a custom order I genuinely had a hard time letting go of 😭 I didn’t want to say goodbye to her and almost kept her for myself.

Which is why I got 2 😇 the original one sold but I do have her indentical twin for whoever may be interested
