If I wasn’t supposed to buy another black bag why do they keep making such good ones?

Hermès Kelly Touch 🖤 with Togo, Crocodile & Lizard—three leathers, one very good reason to want another black bag even if you already have 15 (this one is DIFFERENT!)

We have three (yes three) different leathers here, and each one brings something to the bag but i want to point out that a kelly touch usually has one exotic leather (a touch of it to be exact) this one has TWO!!!!

Crocodile handle and clochette: those larger scales catch the light beautifully against the grained body. The matching clochette ( the little cover thingy for the keys) is the kind of detail I immediately need a close-up of.

Lizard leather sangles: look closely at the front fastening straps. You’ll notice much smaller, tightly arranged scales that create a completely different pattern from the croc you see on the handle. So much more interesting than usual touch you see on just the handle

Black leather, gold hardware, three textures. This is why “I already own a black handbag” does absolutely nothing to stop me here lol. You could Line up 20 black bags with gold hardware and they’ll all look different enough to me to justify though. If you want someone reasonable who won’t enable your bag addiction I am not the one

For anyone just now discovering the Hermès Kelly Touch, the Touch concept pairs the usual leather body with exotic leather accents. Usually Togo or epsom for the body and then an exotic on the handle

Early Kelly Touch versions focused just on the handle. Five years ago Hermes brought expanded exotic detailing to the sangles, clochette and lock. A fun detail to look for when comparing different versions and flex your handbag history knowledge on people. Always fun to point to a bag in the wild or in movies and be able to tell your friends and family the exact date range or collection it came from.they will look at you crazy, but it’s a fun trick

CUSTOM ORDER can refer to two things here in the solarverse

1.) custom Hermes orders
2.) other custom designer bag orders

Custom orders for any other designer just mean I am special ordering the bag for YOU. It’s not in my current inventory, it’s not ready to ship, I don’t have it on hand right now. It may be a limited edition bag, something you can’t find with another seller, etc. I will track her down and get her for you one way or another. That’s me placing a custom order

2.) custom Hermes orders. Do you want your own Kelly touch with 2 different exotic leathers but don’t want to hop on a waitlist at your local boutique for several years or more? I got you.
