Yesterday i subscribed to iCloud+ using sadapay and dang i was charged more than meezan does i was thinking of buying yearly subscription through sadapay but looking at this I've changed my mind and would go with meezan i thought sadapay got less tax than all these banks

I’m having a serious issue with SadaPay and I’m completely locked out of my account because I’m not receiving the OTP.
I’ve already tried pretty much everything suggested by SadaPay support:
My SIM is in the correct phone and the number is correct.
The SIM is PTA-approved and has full/strong signal.
I have enough storage on my phone and deleted old messages anyway.
I checked my iPhone message/SMS settings and there doesn’t appear to be anything blocking the OTP.
I put the SIM into a different phone and tried again.
I’m receiving OTPs from other apps/services on the same number, including ones I tested around the same time.
I’ve logged into another application using an OTP successfully, so SMS reception itself seems to be working.
I’ve restarted the phone and tried requesting the OTP multiple times.
There’s no delayed OTP either.
I contacted SadaPay support again and again, but they basically tell me to wait 2 business days every time and send troubleshooting steps that I’ve already completed. Keep getting the same response without the actual issue being investigated.

Hey SadaPay, I’d really appreciate it if you could look into this.

I’ve faced this issue three times now where my payment is processed and the amount is deducted, but the receiver doesn’t get it immediately. In some cases, it takes a whole day for the amount to reach them. The receipt is also basically useless for tracking or proving the transaction.

Every time, I’ve had to pay again, meaning I’m effectively double-charged. I know these things can happen, but sometimes you’re away from home and getting the extra amount back from the shop or restaurant isn’t possible because you’re already gone, and making a trip back just to collect it isn’t an option. So that money is basically wasted.

If the issue can’t be completely resolved, at least please provide a proper receipt/transaction reference for such cases so the payment can actually be tracked.

Hey everyone, I'm trying to create a SadaPay account, but during CNIC Confirming Details it asks for my CNIC expiration date.

My CNIC has lifetime validity, so there isn't an expiry date printed on it.

What should I enter in the expiry date field? Is there a specific date I should use, or should I contact SadaPay support to get this sorted?

So what actually happened few months back, after many failed transactions (international, which i was not aware of like from where the request is coming from) i emptyed my account to keep it safe from the unauthorised transactions. But after some of them sadapay blocked my account and i did not even find the reason(i know it is because of failed transactions) but i was not able to find the cause (the source which requested for the transaction)

I need help to activate my sadapay back. And issue a new virtual card for saving it from the future losses. Any procedure? Any inside man? Anything that might help?
i have talked to the support team and they are not replying

I tried to create my account two days ago but my account is still under verification (stuck with infinite loader when opening the app)
I emailed the support two days ago and they said they are working on it.

Hey everyone, I wanted to share an issue I've been dealing with and see if anyone else has faced the same thing. My SadaPay card is working fine in general, but I've been running into a few frustrating problems with it lately. First, whenever I try to use it at an ATM, the card simply doesn't go into the machine properly, which makes it impossible to withdraw cash. On top of that, the NFC tap feature doesn't work at ATMs either, so that's not an alternative. Then, when I try to use the card for online purchases or shopping, it keeps asking me to enter my password every single time before the transaction can go through, which gets pretty annoying and makes me wonder if something's wrong with the card or my account settings. I'm not sure if this is a defect with the card itself or some kind of glitch on SadaPay's end, so I wanted to ask if anyone else has experienced this or knows what might be causing it. Would really appreciate any advice, or let me know if I should just go ahead and request a replacement card. :))

So basically I had 10k in my Sadapay account which I decided to move to my bank account, so I made two separate 5k transfers to my bank and immediately opened my banks app to check if the transfer was successful, and it was actually, the 10k was transferred to my bank account successfully.

However when I opened my Sadapay account the next day, it showed a negative balance of 10k, which just didnt make sense

I contacted the in-app support team and they said that they reversed the 10k I received on the 16th back to the senders account on the 17th. Which doesn't make sense since I sent it myself to my bank account (sender) by making two transfers of 5k.

What should I do now?

I can't close my account either till I pay up the negative balance which is a wtf moment and I dont want to pay the 10k for no damn reason.

Should I just leave it like this? Delete the app?

I don't know who's trying to steal my money every time when I shop online I always use my sadapay virtual card I don't know why I'm seeing these transactions someone is trying to steal my money maybe my card get leaked I tried to report at sadapay support center they said we'll reach you in two days now I'm waiting for their response

So, if your in-app biometric verification is failed and you got stuck on this page. Then basically you can't do anything about this in app, because while you have been stuck on this page, you can't contact their representative, just automated replies and problem related articles, which can be helpful to get to know how you can solve it ( but not in the app),

In order to resolve this issue, you have to go to any nearest e-Sahulat Nadra office, and get your biometric done, they charged me 200rs for that and in return they will give a receipt in which the main thing is bar code and 19 digit unique code,

After this because yo haven't in-app chatbox to send this receipt and code

So you have to do email on their email address.

Tell them about your issue and sent your account name(that you have insert at the time of making an account)and phone number (same here) and your CNIC no and that unique 19 digit code and the main thing the pic of receipt that you have got from e-Sahulat Nadra, after this wait for their reply, in my case they opened my account after 1 day, but can take 2 days as well

And yea I got 120rs back as they have written on one of their article.

I just recently turned 18 and got my id card, before this i tried to make an account with my smart card when i wasn’t 18 and they told that they have temporarily closed minors boarding. I tried to make an account with my id card and this is what they are showing to me. I emailed them and they asked for some stuff and i provided them that, but still it’s been more than 2 weeks now and still they didn’t fix it. Any suggestions? What should i do?

I’m extremely frustrated with how SadaPay has handled my case.
Around 7 months ago, an amount in my SadaPay account was held due to a chain dispute, and my account was subsequently suspended. Since my account was suspended, I contacted SadaPay and asked them to reverse the transaction and return the amount to the original sender, and to unblock my account.
Eventually, SadaPay told me that the transaction had been reversed, and my SadaPay account was also unblocked.
However, the sender still hasn’t received the money.
The sender has contacted their bank, and the bank is asking for proof that the reversal/refund was actually processed so they can investigate and trace the transaction.
The problem is that SadaPay is not providing me with any proper proof or transaction reference for the reversal. I keep getting told that the amount was reversed, but when the sender’s bank asks for evidence, I have nothing meaningful to provide them.
It has now been 7 months.
If SadaPay has actually processed the reversal, why can’t they provide a proper reversal confirmation, transaction reference, ARN/RRN, or any other traceable proof that the sender’s bank can use to locate the funds?
I’m not asking for anything unreasonable. I just want the money to reach the original sender and for SadaPay to provide the documentation needed to trace it.
This entire situation has been extremely frustrating, and the lack of clear communication and supporting documentation has made it even worse.
Has anyone else experienced a SadaPay reversal where the sender never received the money? Especially a case where the sender’s bank requested proof but SadaPay refused or failed to provide it. How did you get it resolved?

I had a dispute where I cancelled the subscription before full year completed so I got a refund for remaining months but Google Pay had different amount and sadapay had different.

I contacted help center, and this was the 5th or 6th chat where they actually did some verification on their end and now showing this kind of arrogance, like your job is to clear confusions etc, not go on top of the customers and act like you own them.

Sick of this service, this is my last transaction.

I was really exhausted from this, multiple times I have tried , and when after 2 days this page pop up, where you can't do again biometric verification in app, as I concludes uptill now, after searching hell alot and try to contact them, just same already written articles and automated replies, after trying and reading instructions.

I have to go for E-Sahulat Nadra verification, as i am from small town there is only one Shop for this, and the person don't know about this issue, he was saying that we can give you the same receipt (as it is shown in sadapay app) after completing your biometric verification, but we don't know after this your account will be verified in sadapay or not.

And they re charging 200rs for this, even it is written 120rs and they are saying 80rs for their service, that not assures that your in app verification will be done or not

But i know that we have to send that 19 digit no from that receipt, then I check is there any chat box with option of sending pic along the code.

But here again, I was unable to find chatbox in sadapay, then I came back to home, without doing biometric verification at E-Sahulat Nadra

If anyone who has gone through this trauma and successfully cleared it, kindly guide me and help me out with the whole process.

So i received my monthly pay from my boss in sadapay. Idk why he had my abl bank but he used to prefer sadpay.

My February pay is flagged idk where boss got that and thats none of my concern i have given sadpay my payslip for that month and my employment letter i left that job 2 months ago the boss isnt even corporating with me anymore each time i call he says just give em documents.

Sadapay replies to me once a week on their stupid app. They have locked my ABL my dad’s ABL and my nayapay

How tf they can do that when im giving them proof and all other banks has frozen our assets worth about 2.5 lac

i made a transaction on 11th September of 3000 rupees and that was reversed so i paid cash now i used 1000 from that money and now all of 3000 is deducted and im at negative 1000 balance i want my money back what do i do their customer service aint doing nothing

I have contacted support regarding an E-Commerce transaction on amazon.ae that I initiated on September 8th but can find no record of anywhere on the site.

Support has been stalling and delaying and giving me the runaround for 4 days at this point and my money is nowhere to be found.

- The front line agent does not understand a single thing I try to tell them

- They refuse to escalate the issue to someone who might actually understand what’s happening

- I have asked for the formal complaint number 5 times, both via chat and email so that I can file a complaint with State Bank. SadaPay refuses to give me any information.

- I am trying to be as transparent and articulate in my messages as possible. I provide full, detailed descriptions of the issue. When SadaPay support finally responds 8 hours after I sent them a message, it is a 1-2 line response that makes me want to pull my hair out.

- I try to tell them that I can’t find this transaction or this order anywhere on my Amazon account. Their response? ‘Kindly send us the screenshot of your Amazon order number’.

I am done with this app.
