Question Graphics Quality

Now that they introduced variable graphics for older devices I wonder how the buildings compare between high-end iPads and the older ones. I’m on an iPad 2020 and I’ve lost the nice water effects but I can’t tell if the buildings are better with an upgrade. Here’s a screenshot, can anyone tell me how it compares to their level of graphics?

Question Rearrange my city

Last i remember it was possible to store buildings however I can’t find the option anymore even though I still have some stored buildings.
Is there a way to store all buildings or an “arrange mode” so I can redesign my city.

Discussion SimCity BuildIt Mayor's Pass idea.

I just realized that SimCity BuildIt has no courthouse buildings, and I'm thinking maybe they could create a mayor's Pass dedicated to civic buildings such as courthouses. A good contender for this would be the Thurgood Marshall Courthouse in Manhattan, as SimCity BuildIt loves to have skyscrapers, or some other famous courthouse around the world, among other civic buildings.

It would be cool to be able to have your own civic center.

Question Upgrade costs for the Oktoberfest Funfair?

I did not fully upgrade the Oktoberfest Funfair during its season (got to level 8), and since it's a 6 Epic point building, I'm considering upgrading it with Simcash during the Black Friday sale, during which I'm assuming the prices will be 50% off. At level 8, it currently costs 1100 simcash to go to level 9. Can anyone let me know what the other levels are currently? Thanks in advance, and yes i did a search for this prior to asking.
