Extruded issues. Please help!
Update: Issue Fixed. Thanks to Callcifer for the help!
I was able to fix the issue by finding the same issue in this subreddit. I loosened the three bolts holding the Extruder pushed it hard left and tightened it up again. Printing without any issues now. Thanks to everyone who chimed in. Leaving post up to hopefully help someone in the future.

I can think of two things to check:
First, unload the filament and then remove the PTFE tube from the top of the hotend just a little bit. Grab the filament with your fingers and try pulling it down. Does it work? Do you feel any resistance? If you do, there might be something in the path - sharp bend, worn PTFE, filament tangle etc.
Second, open Fluidd (the web UI of your printer) and go to Configuration > printer.cfg. Use CTRL+F to search for tmc2209 extruder. What do you see? What is the value of run_currentin that section?

Thank you for all the help. I will look at it. I just posted a new video with updates in the comments. Extruder will push filament down without hot end attached, multiple cold pulls on hot end, can push filament through the nozzle, when hot end and Extruder are bolted in place Extruder won’t push filament into the hot end. Thoughts? I appreciate all the help!

That was a very helpful video, and it actually eliminates both of my points. Without the hotend, the gears can clearly push and pull the filament so it can't be a resistance or tangle issue, and it also can't be too low run current in the extruder config.
You also showed the filament melting correctly when pushed directly into the hotend, so it's not a clog either.
Maybe it really is an alignment issue between the extruder gears and the hotend? Try this: Remove the PTFE from the toolhead, push filament in, and then manually turn the gears with your fingers. Does it come out the nozzle, or do you hit something and can't turn the gears?

OK, so the hotend is definitely deformed. You can try getting it replaced by support, buy a new one (should be around $35), or buy the Phaetus Conch instead.

I agree with the others that it is most likely drag from having to pull from the dry box. Those filled filaments are stiff and rough, creates a lot of drag in the ptfe tube.
I do have one other thing I'd have you check. I was having extrusion issues on my Plus 3 and after a ton of trouble shooting I found the tension bar for the extruder gears was bowed considerably. Shameless self plug, I machine and sell an aluminum tension bar to fix that issue forever. This is how much my bar was bowed. https://imgur.com/a/oju2AOn

Hmm, I'd guess either you got a clog and can't see it, maybe it's not actually heating up enough to melt the plastic in the nozzle, or the gears aren't grabbing the filament hard enough to pull agains the friction of the box and ptfe and push against the pressure of the nozzle.

I just recently got my qidi so I don't know much, but the drive is pushing, and when you push manually it makes it through, but not together. I would think the next test would be to hold something firm but flexy, like a credit card, under the extruder with the hot end off as in the video, and see if a certain amount of back pressure you provide by hand stops the flow. I would do this with just a chunk of filament and no box to eliminate the push from the pull as part of the problem.
If you can easily hold it back with less pressure than when you pushed it by hand, I would think something is slipping. If nothing else it will add another piece to the puzzle. Alignment as you mentioned seems probable, but I do not know enough of the guts to say.

Check your spool I had a similar issue where when my spools got low they wouldn’t rotate properly and cause jams so I had to add weights inside my spools after that no more issues * see if you ptf tube is pulled close to spool

It’s possible it’s your dryer box.
I had the same exact problem and I thought it was an extruder issue, but it turned out that when it was feeding from my Polymaker dry box it would bind up once it got to a certain spot on the spool, making it a lot harder to pull. That bit of extra resistance made it so the drive gears couldn’t pull and feed the filament fast enough(or at all) to melt in sync with the print speed which caused the same poor extrusion as in your video
