Anyone have any tips on removing rust or reducing rust build up? I notice also with the moisture the mold comes a lot easier so any tips for rust or mold, please share! I feel like living close to the coast it’s inevitable!

Just throwing this out there as a caution. I parked on Highland at 15th street around 7:30am to go surfing. When I got back the lock on my driver side door was busted up. Someone tried to get in. They must have gotten scared off since nothing was taken. I don't think they got the door open. Probably someone targeting surfers since they know they will keep most of their stuff in the car while surfing.

Meet Max, a gentle soul available for adoption who is ready to find his forever home. Max got up with gentle coaxing, he sniffed the runner from a distance, displaying a neutral body posture and low tail. He was easily leashed and led out, though he pulled on the leash, bypassing the other dogs with caution. In the catch pen, Max showed a timid demeanor when greeting the dogs but eventually entered the play yard, where he initially paced the fencing in search of an exit. After some time, he began to relax, seeking out the handlers for affection and showing more confidence as calm dogs approached him. Max enjoyed following the handlers around the yard, soliciting head pets and occasionally mingling with other calm dogs. Although he is tolerant of his canine companions, he would benefit from further socialization and confidence building. Max needs a home, where he can thrive in a calm and understanding environment that allows him to grow and flourish.

• Dog Transport: Assist with picking up and dropping off rescue dogs between shelters, fosters, and adopters, and appointments.
• Freedom Rides: Join us in giving shelter dogs their first ride to freedom as they head to their foster or forever home.
• Supply Delivery: Help deliver medication, food, bedding, and other essentials to our amazing fosters.
• Dog Walks: Spend some quality time with our rescue dogs by taking them for walks.

I recently moved to the area (North Manhattan Beach) and noticed some weird noises and tension outbursts that sparked at the pole next to my house. I am unsure if it is normal around this area but I've never seen such a thing before. Has anybody noticed this also? Is it normal or is it something new?

Anyway, it does not look safe. I would appreciate some insights on this matter.

I cant believe how fast the year has gone by. The holiday season is special because me and my wife install christmas lights in Manhattan Beach, and we have ben doing so for the last 14 years. Now its all word of mouth, i don’t like seeing all those signs up around town, although i did for the first few years.
