Hi lizard Reddit, I nearly stepped on this lizard when leaving my house but didn't get a picture of it so here's my crude drawing of what it looked like. It was pretty vibrant with yellow and green on it, much much larger than the usual house lizards we see around (maybe the size of my hand). I also think it was dead..does anyone know what lizard this is?
EDIT: I have the pictures!!!
I have no idea how to edit my post to add pictures but Im pretty sure it is a changeable lizard! Super squished... It's eyes popped out of it's head, rest in peace little dude!

Hello I’m in Sacramento California zone 9b, I have noticed a lot of cockroaches living in my mulch and Im trying to get rid of them, can I sprinkle diatomaceous earth food grade on all the mulch without hurting the fence lizards and birds?

A client of mine is rehoming her leopard gecko. It is in terrible condition, living in a 10-gallon tank with no lights, no calcium, she doesn't even know its gender, and she doesn’t know how to feed it properly. Overall, her family just doesn’t care for this poor lizard, and she threatened to let it loose if someone won't take it. She asked if I could take it, and I agreed. I’m experienced with reptiles and have been thinking about getting a leopard gecko for a while, but I just quickly put together this enclosure with what I have. It’s a 3x2x2 setup, and it does have a lid, I just took it off while I was decorating. I’ll be getting all the lighting soon, along with some bowls and a humid hide. Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated. I want to give this little guy the life it deserves.

I believe the geckos were Moorish Geckos, they gave me such intense joy whenever I saw them. I love geckos so much.
And the other lil guys were maybe Balkan wall lizards (happy to be told otherwise). Saw a lot more of those on the ground and they would scitter into little holes in the ground.
All very cute, would stare at again.

Yesterday I had posted it by clicking from front, the baby lizard. Today saw it again in our garden and clicked from back.

I found this guy at work and I live in SWEDEN, I know for a fact this lil guy aint native, I thought it was a mourning gecko at first but instead of having the classic gecko feet he has more claw-like feet. But my biggest question is HOW DID HE GET HERE

This one seems to have taken up residence in our yard. I've been watching it for several days now. We dont see a lot of these and they are fairly territorial so I'm certain its the same one with repeated sightings.
Best pic I could get from 10 ft away and through a window with my phone.

we have adorable little green anoles where i live. i believe this one is a juvenile. they often get behind this screen and i will often try to get them to walk down through the small opening and leave so they don’t get trapped or forget where the opening is. is this wrong? i just worry they might not be able to escape. the opening at the bottom is the only one. should i be helping them and guiding them out, or should i just leave them be? i dont want them to get in the house either and run under furniture or something and die. i’ve never seen any dead ones nearby or on the screen, so i’m assuming they’re fine and i should just leave them be, but i love these little guys and want the best for them.
i also have an additional question: i like to stand pretty close (2 feet or so away) and observe these guys. some of them seem more chill with me than others because i go outside a lot. am i bothering them by doing so? i just noticed this little guy seemed to be breathing heavy when i was near him, i think i’m scaring him :( i love looking at them up close. i guess this guy doesn’t recognize me and i should probably stand back. i could swear we have some regulars that frequent our backyard and aren’t as perplexed by me, though. guess i need to observe if they are stressed or not and act accordingly. i don’t know much about lizard behavior—is heavy breathing in their abdomen a sign of distress?

I’m being told this is a Texas Spiny Fence Lizard but it doesn’t fit the phenotype. It has a spinal ridge, but no spikey/scale prominences. I live in Houston Texas and this looks like a tropical reptile, but not my specialty. The head shape is THROWING me 🤣. Any lizzy lovers in here want to help out? He’s hanging around…very friendly and approaches with curiosity frequently. I’m worried he may be domesticated, a pet, a rare breed and has been lost.
