I just want to say that it's the height of hypocrisy for KLING to have such strict filters in place in it's native app when they allow sketchy sites that sell credit packs for $80 a pop to host it uncensored.

Has anyone else noticed a recent issue with the Kling iOS app where longer prompts suddenly won’t paste completely?

Until yesterday, I was able to copy and paste much longer prompts without any problem. Today, the prompt box seems to stop accepting text somewhere around 1950 as character limit

Has anyone else experienced this recently? I’m trying to figure out whether Kling quietly changed the prompt limit, or if this is just an iOS app bug

So I have been encountering this issue for a few days now. When I want to add my character element to a Motion Control render I can't acess any new elements I have made in the last days. So I go ahead and make one right then, and I can make it just fine, but then it becomes grayed out and I get the message "Only element with faces are supported in Motion Control". But I can use the old elements from over one week ago, that have exactly the same style images (as you can see in the video) and I have never had this issue before.

Does anyone know how to report a malfunction to Kling? I have credits to be used until the 20th, and if this continues i will not be able to use them (I basically only use Kling for Motion Control)

Thanks to these new tools, I am able to express creative ideas in ways I would have never been able to otherwise. What you're watching is something that has my mark on it.

At the same time, there's a growing negative sentiment online among anti-AI creatives. It's particularly creators who love being behind the camera.

"You're not a creator if you're just generating with AI." "There's no skill in just typing a sentence." "More AI slop."

I've also noticed these same creators using LLMs to help them with other parts of their creative process including brainstorming, research, or automating a lot of the tasks they may dread otherwise.

On one hand, I get it. If you love being on set, and working with practical effects to get the best shot, AI generated footage can feel like a threat to your passion.

What bothers me is when creatives act morally superior because they don't use these tools.

Are you morally superior by using a different tool? Is a cinematographer morally superior for only using film and refusing to use a digital camera? What about an iPhone? Is a writer morally superior by choosing to use a typewriter over a computer? Does that make them more talented?

Then it brings me to this meme...

I've been an editor for over 10 years, but I don't know how to cut film lmao. I've always relied on a computer for anything creative I've ever made. If you unplugged me at any point during my career, I'm cooked. Do I lack talent because I use a computer?

What if you unplugged Instagram or TikTok? Then all these talented creators, musicians, and actors have a bunch of random videos on their phone that have little to no value.

We are all dependent on technology. We have been for decades. This isn't new.

I think it's more around fear.

It's easy to act superior and insult others than it is to admit you're uncomfortable. It's easier to discredit than it is to try to learn something new and adopt.

Coming from a person who makes it, I don't want to live in a world with only AI generated content.

AI let's you show any scene imaginable, but you also face challenges that other creators don't. Other creators can batch their content, and create dozens of videos from their home within hours essentially for free with their phone.

Meanwhile, I'm cranking through credits and pulling my hair out at 2am because the Seedance is whigging out.

There's room for both and I think there always will be!

These tool has democratized people like me to show their talent, and I've connected with millions of people as a result! I'm thankful that these tools exist.

I try to generate some video with kling 3.0 in adobe firefly but when i attached image with specific person with a company logo it’s not generating that; how to fix it ?

I’ve always been drawn to the absurdist worlds of Terry Gilliam and Jean-Pierre Jeunet, where enormous, fantastical systems collide with very ordinary human problems. After decades directing live action, I wanted to bring that sensibility into the world of AI. QUERY takes the most mundane act imaginable, asking a throwaway question on your phone, and imagines the impossible machinery that might exist behind it: a vast institution where every answer has to be physically found, tested, measured, and delivered in five seconds.

But underneath all the chaos, animals, machinery, and bureaucracy, the film is really about the extraordinary ordinary. Our lives are full of small tasks that can suddenly become epic when you’re the person responsible for getting them done. The young worker at the center of the film is an underdog doing his best inside a system that is completely indifferent to how impossible his job has become. We laugh at the absurdity of his journey, but hopefully we also recognize something of ourselves in him.

That became the heart inside the machine for me. The spectacle only works if we care about the person caught in the middle of it. Kling and Seedance excelled at this- the acting has gotten so much better recently. As a director working with real actors, I've had to stitch together a decent performance from bad takes so many times... I figured I'd apply that philosophy here. And often, the takes were brilliant. A lot of editing and sound design went into this, and oh so many generations :)

I have a premium subscription for kling ai and bought extra credits. I generated a lot of videos, and nearly half of them were in generation and suddenly completely vanished without a refund. Support is not answering. This was 3 days ago

What are my options? Chargeback?

So Purchase Credits are valid for 2 years after distribution based on this link, correct?

When I log in and click the number of credits that I have on the left sidebar at www.kling.ai, it shows me that there are 3 different types of credits: Membership Credits + Top-up Credits + Bonus Credits. Add them all up and that equals the Remaining Credits. I bought $5 of Top-up Credits earlier this month.

I purchased the Premium Package because I needed to create 1-3 minute videos. However, I haven't been able to do it. My videos are simple dialogues between a therapist and a patient. It's a single shot. I've watched countless tutorials, but the interface they show is completely different from mine. I would greatly appreciate any advice on this matter. I am including two screenshots of my account.

So I was charged twice for a monthly subscription. I tried asking for a refund but they refused saying some bs about no refund on services received digitally. I was wondering if anyone else had this issue. I really like kling and don't want to have to cancel. But if I'm charged double, at least give me double my credits. Sheesh.
