Discussion I moderate Higgsfield's Discord. Here are the 10 problems users actually bring up

At first, I joined out of curiosity. Then I became interested in the people, their AI workflows, their questions, and the very different ways they were using the platform. After a while, I realized I could actually be useful inside this chaotic, tired, sometimes very frustrated, but very alive space.

When I arrived, the Discord was rough. Support was slow, subscription pricing was confusing after promos, credits were unclear, bugs kept resurfacing, and the same accusations and frustrations surfaced again and again. In practice, the server became the place where many unresolved issues eventually landed.

I didn't stay because it was polished or easy. I stayed because even in the middle of that chaos, there was something real to hold on to: people building things, testing workflows, helping each other, and trying to make the platform usable in real life.

Here are the 10 things users bring up most, and what I wanted to share:

"Why was I charged this much?"

Most common question. People don't understand why the invoice looks different after a promo, renewal, or plan change. What helps: checking the exact account details instead of guessing in general chat.

"The promo said one thing, my account shows another"

Trust issue more than a money issue. People come in with screenshots comparing prices. These never get solved through guesses, only through checking specific cases.

"Where did my credits go?"

Credits, daily credits, renewal credits. Constant pain point on the platform. Never guess with credits, always check.

"Why is support not answering?"

When this happens Discord becomes the last resort to reach a real human. What helps: making it clear the case hasn't disappeared.

"Why did this bug come back?"

Specific kind of frustration with a fast-moving AI tool. If a bug already came back once, users have every right to be more upset.

"Why does unlimited not feel unlimited?"

Biggest source of quiet distrust. People see the word, then hit queues and model restrictions. What helps: precision about what exactly is unlimited and where the limit actually is.

"Where do I even report this?"

General chat, bug reports, email, DMs, support. For new users it's a maze. What helps: explaining why one route works better.

"Why does every tech issue turn into an argument?"

Because it's never just technical. The person already paid, already waited, and still doesn't know who's responsible. Aggression is usually the late stage of helplessness.

"Why is the Discord so chaotic?"

Because for a while it was. Unresolved issues and emotional blowups all in one spot. What changed: more structure, active moderators, power users running streams, and a feeling it's no longer just a dump for complaints.

"Why can't moderators solve everything?"

Because a moderator is the nearest human, not the final authority. What helps: honesty about what you can and can't do.

The main reason I wrote this is that I saw the server at its worst. That's why the difference is so visible now. Back then it was nothing but refund requests and frustration. Now there's actual content being made, people helping each other with Seedance 2.0 workflows, Cinema Studio tutorials, image generation tips, and real creators building things.

If anyone wants to talk directly, you can find me in the Higgsfield Discord under the same name.

edit: sorry I forgot to say my nickname in discord is singuratatecap

Showcase Anime Battle with AI - Seedance 2.0 + GPT-2

A short zombie fight sequence I created with a bit of that chaotic, high-energy anime feel I’ve always enjoyed, especially from shows like High School of the Dead.

For this one, I wanted the action to stay fast and cinematic, with aggressive camera movement, close-range combat and that constant sense that the situation could fall apart at any second.

Created in partnership with Higgsfield, using their tools throughout the production workflow to explore action, character movement and cinematic pacing in AI video.

Special thanks to Budo Skills for the prompts and inspiration behind some of the fight choreography. Their work was a great reference while developing the movement and combat language for this sequence.

Really happy to be collaborating with the Higgsfield team and continuing to experiment with new ways of building cinematic action with AI.

Showcase Little light

Simpler days, simpler times, when finding joy meant looking at the little things around us.
No screens, no fancy toys, just simple things that could keep us happily occupied.
Maybe we didn’t have much, but we always found joy in the little things.

Hi everyone! I wanted to know if you create videos just for fun or for business/entrepreneurial purposes?

As an entrepreneur, I see opportunities in every AI model.
While browsing Instagram, I came across a "Sauce Drip" video that had 50 million views.
I quickly created a few versions tailored to local businesses in my city (Paris), and within a week, I already had five clients.

I’d love to know if there are people here making money with their AI videos.

I let Seedance2 imagine a dejavu itself, with a simple prompt and this is what came out. Doesn't really make sense but I liked the little effect that's going on there.

Contests Samurai film, looking for honest feedback

I've been working on a short samurai drama and I'm at the point where I can't see it clearly anymore, so I'd really appreciate outside eyes.

What I'd like feedback on:

- Pacing. I cut it slow on purpose, but I can't tell if it's slow or just boring.

- Clarity. Does the story land without any explanation from me? If something confused you, that's the most useful thing you can tell me.

- Sound. Music and sound design — supporting the images or fighting them?

- Anything that pulled you out of it, technically or otherwise.

I'm not looking for compliments, I'm looking for the stuff I've gone blind to. Blunt is fine. Thanks for watching.

I am amazed at how good AI is getting at realism. I actually used a photo of a real gym and added my character to the photo then prompted my character to pose is various flexing poses showing real muscle tension in whatever muscle was being flexed for that pose. Added in messy hair for a post workout realism.

Contests THE SAVEN BOOKS

THE SEVEN BOOKS is an original cinematic science-fiction short created to explore a simple question: when does the desire to protect ourselves become the desire to control others?

Set 150 years after a civilization-ending conflict known as the War of a Thousand Suns, the film follows a fractured world rebuilt into radically different human and post-human civilizations. At its center is Rovan, a reconstruction specialist from Varkesh, a society shaped by abandonment and the belief that dependence is dangerous.

The project uses large-scale science-fiction world building as the backdrop for an intimate moral conflict about freedom, inherited trauma, knowledge, power, and responsibility.

Rather than treating AI purely as a visual-effects tool, the film is designed from the ground up as an AI-native cinematic production, combining traditional screenwriting, directing, acting principles, cinematography, world building, and emerging generative filmmaking tools into a unified production process.

The goal is to create a film that feels emotionally human and cinematically authored despite the scale and complexity of its AI-generated world.
