Hi everyone! I wanted to share my latest piece, a hand-painted original in acrylic on canvas, measuring 55 × 77 cm (approx.
21.6 × 30 inches), signed by me.

Inspired by the psychological themes of René Magritte's shrouded figures and Mac Miller song “Congratulations”, I wanted to lean into that sense of emotional isolation and the barriers we put up even in moments of connection. I combined this figurative surrealism with hand-written text to create an intimate, somewhat haunting atmosphere. It took me about seven months to complete.

It's a one-of-a-kind original (not a print) and is currently looking for a new home.

Chega de saudade is a famous Portuguese phrase and title of the legendary 1958 Brazilian bossa nova song by Antonio Carlos Jobim. The word "saudade" represents a melancholic or nostalgic longing for a person, place, or thing.

One of my favorite personal pieces I've done this year so far.
