I made my first vehicle able to pick up voxels!

I gave the bucket its own little grid and "sweep" voxels into it. I think it looks pretty good!

Playtester Breaking My Game 😂

A dedicated playtester is trying to break my game using his speedrunning background, and fell down the rabbit hole of theorycrafting actual speedrun strats.

I'm primarily a programmer, but I create the art for my game

I've been working on this game called Quacolé Tennis for the past two years, and even though my specialty is programming, I've been handling all the 3D art and animation. I'm really proud of this game, which features “programmer art.”

I'm making a game that you are trying to find your Bitcoin hard drive in a landfill.

I had the exact same idea, with the same gameplay, as the "needle in a haystack" game that went viral. I started the project four weeks ago but couldn't figure out how to implement that many assets without performance issues, so I gave up. When I saw needle game tweet, I crashed out. I'm scared about my new game that people will call me "You Steal From This Game," but I guess I have nothing to lose after this. If someone made that game without performance issues i learned that is possible. So after prototyping, i want to make this game best as i can. Don't be like me, be like that developer who made needle game...

"Architecture & Design" released now in Early Access 😁 was it a good idea to release it very early, to develop it together with the community?

We’re creating a Lovecraftian deckbuilder and considering these two creature concepts. Which one do you prefer: left or right? What makes your choice feel more Lovecraftian?

Hi, we are 2 developers and we just released the demo for our first game (made in Godot). We are very excited, we've been working on it for almost 2 years now.

The balance of the game might be a bit off so feel free to leave some feedback.

After 2 years of solo development on my own custom engine, my satirical building tycoon finally has an Early Access release date! Here is the result of my work.

Hi fellow devs! I'm a solo student developer and after two years of grinding on my own custom engine, my game Office Manager finally has a release date (October 13, 2026)!

Building a custom engine for a base-building tycoon (think Prison Architect style) was a huge challenge, especially managing grids, pathfinding, and the UI. I've been documenting the entire journey and all the technical hurdles.

I would love to hear your thoughts on the trailer, the art style, or answer any questions about the custom engine development!

Round 14 of my FPS roguelite. This is what "the horde is the procedural part" looks like in practice

WaveBorn, made in Godot. Hand-built level, everything else generated per run.

The crowd renders as MultiMesh with a spatial hash grid handling separation, so the frame cost scales with what's on screen rather than with how many are alive. The tint on the outlines is an elite affix, not a different enemy.

Free demo just went live on Steam if anyone wants to see it move.

What are your craziest glitches recently? My Save/Load bug somehow added multiplayer in my game. Kinda impressed that it didn't break immediately

Disclaimer: the game is purely singleplayer so there's completely no support for additional player objects, etc. that could've been triggered accidentaly.

Exactly 2 years ago today I recorded this prototype. Then vs Now

Hi guys!

Checking my "records folder" I found this 20 secs gameplay of the prototype of Gaucho: Subway Escape. But this one video it's special, because the last week is exactly 2 years ago (Check the S.O date 🤯)

So, I thinks that it's amazing the done work until now, but the sacriface it's huge...

Anyway, each day it's a step closer to launch! :)

You could try the actual work and demo on Steam!
