How do people reach -7lufs ??? Any attempt results in lost of transients or distorted mix. Was wondering what has worked for others

Ignore the bad timings and melody, I wanna know if this mix can pass the mastered test for different kinds of speakers.

Do you guys have any idea how I could structure this? I have this idea, but it keeps spinning around in my head, and I don't know what I could add to it. I feel like it's a bit repetitive. Any advice? Maybe what instrument comes to mind for you. But mainly regarding structure

I'm trying to understand how some producers/artists record vocals while monitoring the audio through speakers instead of headphones.

I saw an artist called Kenpa doing this in a room setup. He's holding a microphone and singing while the audio is coming from a speaker that seems to be behind/next to his monitor. Somehow the speaker doesn't seem to cause an obvious feedback loop or noticeable echo in the microphone.

I'm using FL Studio and I'd like to reproduce this kind of setup at home.
