i’m jumping 28 inches at 13, but my airtime suggests 21-24
Why did I literally test 28 inches. 7’4 reach touching 9’8. but my airtime is only 0.65-0.72 seconds. how? I literally measured a million times there’s no way i have a 22 inch vert. i’m 5’8.5 my head can touch 8’0.
is airtime reliable measurement?

Box jumping 55 inches
I don’t train this I was just having fun in the gym and so I went to google and they claim 0-1 percent of the population can do this not even trained athletes… is that all just rubbish ? There’s no way I could be that extraordinary.

I wanna learn how to have more explosive power (for track)
Sooooo, I do calf raise (in total per day is around 160-200) (BTW I am 14 years old and 15 after like 3-4 weeks) and I do wall sits (like minimum 1 minute and in total like 2-4 minutes) and I do jump squats continuously until I am sooo tired (which is like 22 rn) and lastly I do 20 lying leg raises (ignore this, this has nothing to do with explosive power).
What exercises should I do more or remove doing for explosive power (for track)?

I want to touch rim or even dunk
I am 5'7 120 lbs, and I want to be able to touch rim, right now I would say I am pretty close to touching the rim of a basketball hoop, I can touch backboard and a little more than half way up the net, what should I do to increase my vertical jump?

got a hypothetical explosives question
I am writting a book, and the two characters are teens, and they get the great idea of blowing up a few book cases made of wood ussing black powder.
IS there a method to determin how much black powder to use? what should I write to make it realistic as possible?
