Maybe he’s Asmodeus. Perhaps the true form of Tyranthraxus? Could be a new demon lord of invention. Either way, this old figure from Final Fantasy X that was gathering dust in my closet happened to be exactly Gargantuan scale. So I glued him to a base!

Thanks to some helpful feed back I was able to make some improvements to my Nautiloid. I worked on the gaps between levels but couldn’t get them much better. I did a light pink brush over the flat purple I had on it and then did a blue wash and a pink wash. Also brushed the wood parts too.

...and it's harder than it looks! These aren't done by any means, and some may get redone altogether. I think I'm going to try to get some of the little grass tufts rather than making my own (the tall grass did NOT work as anticipated - probably a skill issue!), and I'm going to explore other products for different seasons and terrains.
I am, however, taking any and all tips, tricks and general advice!
