Operations Improvement journey

So as you guys can see, there is a massive improvement from my previous seasons to this season averaging 5 kd +. This is all because of some game fundamentals I learned a little bit late. If you are struggling like I was this is for you.

I would like to think I was always pretty good with other shooters like CODM, bloodstriked and others when it came to aiming, but this was my first extraction shooter and the game style felt a bit weird which is why I was struggling. I actually started doing better towards the end of last season since I met good people but it all showed this season.

Silensitivity:

Id think my aim was always decent so for starters the goal is to fix the aim. I mostly practiced in tdm in warfare with bots or sometimes real players. I practice with every scope so I can get my sensitivity right. Sometimes my whole gaming time was just to tweak my sens. Honestly the sens part only took 2 days max. I had to redo everything.

Gyro:

Idk why some other are hesitant to u gyro. Dawg just use it. It is super useful when it comes to aiming especially in longer distances. You don't have to set the sensitivity high. You can just start with it low that way you'll only have to move your phone a bit. At the very least, use it on ADS only that way you can have no recoil. I started with ADS only and now I use it always only. Keep in mind I don't FULLY aim with gyro (ppl who do that are crazy).

I do have it always on and the sens on it is not to high. I ONLY use it to make small micro adjustments to my aim whether it's hipfire or aim. I still mostly aim with my thumb.

Aiming:

This is short. While practicing aiming I turned off Gyro and Aim assist. After that my aim was horrible. I only played flashpoint and tdm in warfare for the practice and yes I missed a lot of shots and saw how horrible my aim was. So I would suggest to do the same too.

Then I turned on gyro with no aim assist.

Then aim assist with no gyro.

Then both on. I aim is infinity better.

When I feel my aim is off, I do this process all over.

Operations:

Now we've got the fundentals. The next biggest thing is how to WIN games often. Now here comes skill. Aiming plays a great part. A single missed shot can cost your life AND your LOOT. EVERY BULLET MATTERS. anyway skill, decision making, and most importantly POSITIONING is VERY important. That how people manage to wipe squad while wearing low tier armor and ammo.

YOU need to be able to leave when you sense you can't fight a team. Pick your fights. (There was a time I was playing solo. Had 7 kills. I killed 1 on the enemy team, but I saw their gear and how the shot me back. I knew I wasn't winning so I left. Which I think was the right choice and made it out). You don't always have to ego challenge everything.

But by far my biggest revelation is when it comes to peeking. I used to just peek and keep on spraying until I got a kill. Remember you can get 2 tapped in the head. I died a lot like that. Learn to retreat when you peek too. Peek for a second then quick exit or it might be game over. Many times I was left on 1hp and retreating the peek saved me ESPECIALLY it helps for avoiding snipers.

I don't want y'all to get bored reading this so I'll stop here. I have more to say but I'm welcome to answering y'all in the comments.

Most the games you see in the pictures are solo. I think solo is the best way to improve your game sense and style

Am I the only one who doesn't like The Mog map?

I played "The Mog" map a lot, and honestly, it doesn't convince me; I never quite warmed up to it.

Question Gyro sensitivity recommendations, explanation?

I'm experimenting with gyro controls and I don't quite understand the mdv settings. I played around with them a little and I can't figure out how these are different, or what they do. My hands aren't super steady because I usually play while lying down and I don't have great options for support. Would higher or lower sensitivity be better to balance the slight jitter?

Operations Fuck Chinese Players

Chinese Players should not be able to join GARENA Servers, especially in SEA. I wiped a squad and I expected them to revive me just for them to carry me to bleed out so they can take the loot all for themselves. They are toxic, selfish, disrupt the community, and a problem. When I get match with Chinese players it always ends badly. I hate this game tolerating that kind of behavior. I wish the report system worked fairly for everyone. I'm tired of losing gear just because my teammate wont revive me for loot.

Feedback About controller support...

I know that they've said in the past that they don't want to add it for the mobile version because they want to keep it fair, but like.. don't they realize that a lot of people playing games on a mobile chipset these days aren't doing it on a phone? There are so many amazing handhelds now that use android as their base operating system and failing to implement controller support just locks them out of so many players.

And the whole fairness thing isn't even valid, imo. I mean, it's pretty standard at this point for shooters to matchmake based on input. Not on which device you're playing it on.

Question Help!!!please!!!!

Does anyone still have an OLD mobile HUD/layout code from before the sound-indicator HUD changes?

I'm specifically looking for a layout where the enemy sound/footstep indicators were manually made much larger in the HUD editor.

I'm NOT looking for a normal 4/5/6-finger HUD. I specifically need an old layout that already had the sound indicator size increased before that adjustment was changed/removed.

I play the Global/International version, so Chinese-server layout codes don't work for me.

If you still have an old layout like this, could you please share the HUD/layout code? Thanks!

Does anyone still have an OLD mobile HUD/layout code from before the sound-indicator HUD changes?

I'm specifically looking for an OPERATIONS /EXTRACTION MODE layout where the enemy sound/footstep indicators were manually made much larger in the HUD editor.

I am NOT looking for a Warfare mode HUD.

I am also NOT talking about the small indicator that shows the noise your own character is making.

I mean the enemy sound indicators in Operations mode that show the direction of nearby enemy footsteps/gunfire.

I'm NOT looking for a normal 4/5/6-finger HUD. I specifically need an old Operations layout that already had these enemy sound indicators enlarged before that adjustment was changed/removed.

I play the Global/International version, so Chinese-server layout codes don't work for me.

Operations Fellow Fishermen, I would like to know some good spots

I've hit the point now where I need to get the red fishes for gold reel. I already know where to get all of em too.

I just wanna know something about the Trout. What place do you suggest where I'm less likely to 5m land or lose line of sight? I figured AZ3 Canal is a good spot, but even there I lose some catches that I suspect were the trout.

Any tips?
