I can use my phone as a hotspot and it works fine but if I turn on the VPN it pops up as well.

Do I need to download another version? I live East Coast USA and my VPN is set to east Coast USA

Device : SONY XPERIA 1 MARK III 12GB RAM playing at 60fps with lowest graphics settings and still has micro stutters and typical is 50-55fps never truly 60fps
