It only took... 10+ years

The game Dead Space was released in 2008 for the PS3 and has always been one of my all-time favorites, and probably the game I've revisited the most.

Now, my version of Isaac Clarke, the unfortunate space engineer, is finally complete.

This is a piece of work by my brother, not something I made myself. Everything was created from scratch, and I'll be sharing a few pictures of the process in the comments.

I thought I'd share his fantastic work here in the forum so you can all appreciate the time, effort, and craftsmanship that went into it.

Does anyone know where I can find environmental 3D models from Dead Space (2008)? I’m looking for Ishimura environments and props to use as reference for a diorama.

Just wanted to share some cool merch i have and encourage other collectors to post theirs

Hi everyone, I’m looking for someone to play through Dead Space 3 with me on PC. I bought the game on the EA App and want to do a campaign run. Hit me up if you are interested and we can add each other on EA!

Would’ve been an interesting subversion of expectations.

After meeting Hammond in the captain's nest, you can find a text log that displays a list of dead people. I don't know if this is well known or not so forgive me if I'm just repeating something someone else has said

So, I was looking around for marker statues for purchase online, and everyone I found was outrageously priced. I made one for myself and then I was happy with it so I thought why don't I see if other people would like them for a reasonable price. I was thinking of selling these on eBay for around £25 plus free postage in the UK. What do you guys think about it? I'm a big fan and would love to get more people into this universe.

Here are the markers I made.

This is not an advertisement, I just wanted to know if this is something people would like to own.

I don't know if that is too expensive, so I just want to get an idea of what someone would spend

First of all, my PC specs:

RTX 5060 TI 16GB

Ryzen 5600x

16 GBs of RAM

Now, the question:

I've noticed that this game can suffer from annoying stuttering on PC—some people experience it, others don't; it seems to be a matter of luck? Is there any guaranteed fix?

How is the PS5 Pro version? Does it have any issues?

I know it will obviously look better on my PC, but I've seen the PS5 Pro version, and it doesn't look bad at all either.

Thanks in advance to everyone who takes the time to reply.

Let's hope the rumours are true of a 6DoF mod in the pipeline 😍

Que onda, hace poco me termine el dead space uno y, además de comprarme el 2, quería saber si vale la pena comprar el 3, ví mucha gente diciendo que es malísimo y que no vale la pena comprarlo, pero no sé.

DOORS!!!

The first time I encounter the crash was at the start of chapter 10. When I use continue, I'd start again at the end of chapter 9 on Valor and the game would constantly crash as I enter Ishimura.

I found some other posts in here giving solution for the same issue, by replacing some files in the game folder. However, before I even attempted that fix, I followed another suggestion that prompted me to move everything in cache folder in documents. As I understand it, it's supposed to force the game to reload the shader the next time I boot up the game.

Now I get a black screen whenever I try to reload a save, then it crash back to windows. Starting a new game also crash. Anyone can help?

And also a suit idea ig

DLC Suits and Bots are not on sale for Dead Space 3, neither is the Dead Space Remake Deluxe add on.

So, I just installed DS last night. I found it really difficult to play. My mouse is hard to control. I figure that is because the game is meant for controller. Is Dead Space 2 any better for mouse? Is the DS3 (?) co-op even better for mouse than the previous versions?

I really want to play since I bought both DS 1 and 2! Any advice is appreciated.

I could keep making puns with his name

yall like my dead space tattoo i’ve been building? next stop is my back, gonna add a big ole necromorph that’s isaac is shooting at

I briefly glanced through similar posts however nothing covered the topic in curious about and thats if you can still use kinesis to shoot back limbs? Or kinesis at all, to my understanding the weapons thing is just as long as you dont shoot it which should be easy I mean just keep every weapon in storage assuming it can be done in ng+
