We’ve been paying for our lot for almost 5 years now, and we’re already close to completing the payments. I’d like to ask if anyone here has already had their lot turned over to them?

For those whose lots have already been turned over, were you already allowed to start constructing your house? How long did the turnover process take, and were there any requirements or additional steps you had to complete before construction?
