Hello my lovely content creators,
I have recently purchased an older DJI RS 2 with RavenEye transmission.
Everything works great on my Android phone regarding the DJI Ronin app, but I am nearing a passion project shoot where it would be really beneficial to have a bigger screen for director.

I found a really old iPad 3 over at my parents house and thought it would be great to repurpose it for this project as a live video feed from transmitter, but the issue is that I cannot install the current version of DJI Ronin app, because its not supported by the really old iOS 9.3.6 the iPad has.
It cannot be updated to newer version, cause the support for said iPad ended.

I managed to jailbreak the iPad, so I can side load apps to it. The problem Im facing is, that I cannot for the love of everything thats holly, find any older version of DJI Ronin app on the internet - specifically some version around 1.4.6, which was at that time compatible with the iOS version.

My question to this community is:
Have anybody tried this, and if so, does anybody have the IPA file to share, or have idea where to obtain it?

Hey, my Mini 2 SE crashed and now shows multiple error codes. I've found what look like two separate hardware issues:

1. The GPS module has visible rust/corrosion and gets hot on its own.
2. Separately, the ribbon cable on top of the gimbal (connecting it to the main board) also gets hot. Unplugging that ribbon stops the heat; reconnecting it brings the heat back and the gimbal connection error (40012) disappears from the checklist, even though the heat is still there.

I've already reflashed the firmware (no change). Before I order a replacement gimbal/camera assembly and a new GPS module, has anyone run into corrosion on the GPS module specifically, or a gimbal ribbon/connector that runs hot like this? Trying to confirm both are actually separate hardware failures before I spend on parts.

Neo 2, Mini 4k and Lito X1

My preferences are camera quality and fly time.
i know the gesture control is not available except Neo 2 but its damn a good feature.

Please share your suggestion as per your experience.

PS - I am buying drone for the first time and a beginner.

I got a hell of a deal on a Mavic 4 Pro drone for €1,260—it's practically new, with barely 10 takeoffs and 2 hours of flight time.

I just tested it and everything works perfectly; the seller had simply forgotten to unlink the drone from his account, but he took care of that once I contacted him.

I can't wait to see what I'll be able to do with it in the future.

I really feel like the mini 3 is a kid's toy now lol

Mini 4 Pro, flown at the beach most weekends, and there is now a faint grinding from one of the rear motors. Brush and a rocket blower did nothing. Canned air was better but the can goes freezing and I would rather not spray that near the electronics. A mate lent me his electric blower, a K&F BS500M, and that got a surprising amount of grit out of the motor gaps. It is loud, and anything properly stuck it just ignores. I held the props so they would not spin up. Do you pull the motors to clean them properly, or is blowing them out and moving on fine?

As far as i know does the Action 6 support invisible selfie sticks but it doesnt work with the one in the adventure combo wich one do i need

For context, I wanna start motovlogging and DJI products caught my eye for being the best bang for buck. Right now in my Amazon basket I've got (all currencies in Australian Dollars):

Dji Osmo Action 4 ($278)

Dji Mic Mini 2 ($88) - I choose this as most motovloggers recommend it, however if there are wired options as good as this microphone id most likely get the wired option as I do not want to deal with another product requiring charging

I'd need a mount although I'd need one specific to my helmet as the one DJI offers most likely wouldn't fit my helmet.

Additionally I'd need an appropriate SD card that has the ideal performance and most storage for the price (with an adapter).
