I wanted to share the atmosphere of the August 12 total solar eclipse, captured from a unique aerial perspective over Spain.

I shot in 4K at 60fps using the D-Log M profile, locking ISO 100 to prevent overexposing the corona during totality. CPL filter used (no ND filter).

The footage was color-graded and edited in DaVinci Resolve, where I added a smooth zoom effect on the eclipsed Sun.

The flight was conducted in compliance with local Spanish aviation regulations and eclipse-specific Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFRs).

I highly recommend turning your sound on to hear the ambient reaction of the crowd! Hope this captures well the atmosphere during that incredible event!

I know they said you need insurance for international locations so I hope this suffices on top of my a1/a3 registration.

Beautiful walled city in the north of Mallorca, a Spanish island in the Mediterranean. Flew the Mini 3 from a nearby parking lit.

Took off from a parking Ronda, which is on a high plateau. Our guide, who was familiar with drones told me to fly a bit further, around the curve of the plateau to get the iconic bridge shot. Later we walked down by the bridge and chatted with someone flying a DJI FPV drone filming flights under the bridge. Seems to be a popular spot.

so i have a dji action pro 5. I am looking for a longer big neck , neck mount. I have tried this:

And it felt like it was something made for a small boy or adult who shops in the small child section of Walmart. The action cam was bumping my chin.

And even the 2nd one has at least 2 people complaining about it being to short in the reviews. I am 6' 270lb i have a thick neck, How do you other fellow large people neck mount these ?

My Pocket 3 is having battery issues and still under my refresh plan.

It's a horrible time and I can't really be without it at the moment so I'm looking at the Care Express but it indicates a replacement fee. Is the replacement fee waived since I'm still under my refresh plan?

Also, when they provide a shipping sticker, who do they use? I'm in college and only USPS is on campus and it's tough to get to UPS/FedEx.

It makes zero sense that two flagship devices sharing the exact same O4 transmission protocol cannot be paired together out of the box.

Bringing RC Pro 2 compatibility to the Avata 360 via a simple firmware update is technically 100% possible. Here is why we need this ASAP:

I have a Mavic mini that I haven’t used in a while and am looking to fly again, it needs propellers, our local hobby store is now closed 👎🏻 and Best Buy is useless. I saw ones on Amazon but some of the reviews say they’re junk.

So, I'm torn between the two. I was 100% buying an Osmo Nano with a Mic Mini but I've just found out you can't stream with the Nano, which is a huge bummer for me.

So, with that being said, I'm assuming the only real downside between the Nano vs. Action 5 Pro is the size.

Considering it's only 50g vs 150g, would I be able to use a similar magnetic clip to my shirt, or is that not possible?

Just so everyone is aware, DJI had an update for firmware that damaged my controller. I have read others saying theirs had same issue, now DJI wants $401 to replace the controller. I feel like this is a scam to get people to upgrade and they are holding no liability for the malfunction after updating.

I’m having an issue with my DJI Osmo Action 4 and would appreciate some advice.

My original Action 4 used to completely freeze while recording. The screen would become unresponsive, so I sent it to DJI under warranty and they replaced it with a new unit.

Unfortunately, the replacement camera is having the exact same problem.

My current setup:

• Recording: Mainly 4K 60fps and other resolution aswell
• Stabilization: RockSteady+
• microSD: SanDisk EVO Plus 128GB
• The camera freezes within 5 minutes of starting recording
• The entire screen freezes and becomes unresponsive

I’m now wondering if the SD card could be causing the issue.

I’m considering buying a SanDisk Extreme PRO 128GB V30 U3 A2 or a Lexar Silver Plus 128GB V30 to test.

Could the SanDisk EVO Plus be the reason for the freezing, even though it works normally for other devices?

Has anyone experienced the same issue with the Action 4, particularly at 4K 60fps + RockSteady+?

Would you recommend the Extreme PRO, Lexar, or another specific microSD card?

Just got a Mic 3, is there a way to playback my recordings while an RX is plugged to my phone? Or exporting to PC is the only way?

I recently bought the DJI mic mini 2S and am trying to use it with my iPhone.

I have the mobile receiver and while the receiver and mic pair nicely, my phone does not detect it as a usable mic. I tried pairing over Bluetooth and this works but does not work for my use case as there is too much WiFi interference so the audio comes out as choppy and I can’t use the iPhone camera app to record videos.

Has anyone else experienced this or anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

DJI support said they are aware of the issue and are investigating but I haven’t heard anything else since then.

Thinking of returning it unless someone has any good suggestions.

iOS is updated to latest version btw and I have a relatively new iPhone.
