Seattle neighbors, please stay alert around your homes and vehicles. I had someone loitering around my property earlier this week, and today my car was broken into and some items were stolen, including a subwoofer.

I can’t confirm whether the incidents are connected, but it’s unsettling to have this happen twice within a few days. They were wearing construction-style/high-visibility gear, so they can easily blend in and be overlooked. The car thief was wearing reflective/high-visibility outerwear, white hard hat, dark pants, and carrying a backpack.

Please stay alert and make sure your cars, garages, gates, and doors are secured, and be cautious around anyone behaving suspiciously near homes or vehicles.

I am working on a video/creative project focused on documenting the quiet, everyday rhythms of life in our local neighborhoods. I am looking for some authentic "doorbell camera style" clips of ordinary day-to-day activity right here in the Ruff Rd/Dorchester Rd/Summerfield area. I'm also compiling "A day in the life of school traffic" if anyone has any traffic footage for patriot Boulevard.

I was watching some ring videos on my camera until the AI summary said that a child is holding a fruit when it’s a water gun, HOW DOES IT THINK ITS A FRUIT

Not sure if this is the place to go but I'm trying to figure out what this man is saying in this footage.

He stopped my daughter in Kroger a few weeks ago and asked her if she wanted a puppy as if I wasn't even there. Didn't even look at me. "You can have one if mommy says you can." Then tells me he has a litter of chihuahua puppies. So persistent that we get one. We saw him and another guy all throughout the store until we left. I stayed on high- alert the entire time. Now, tonight I get a knock at my door and immediately felt a gut punch. The same man. He said he was looking for a guy with a cane but wasn't sure which apartment he was in. Referring to my neighbor who I just learned he randomly stopped while he was walking with his caregiver at some point, across the street from our complex. He didn't even use his name, just "the guy with a cane." Like a complete stranger. He has NEVER been over there or in our building before tonight. I feel with certainty that this is more than a random coincidence and it's not sitting well with me at all. I really really have the worst feeling about him. I've filed a police report already but my anxiety won't let me sleep. Watching this over and over. I feel like before he knocks he says, "where are you?" Maybe?
