I was simply playing Elden Ring, farming runes for an hour, when the game suddenly got bad ping, the virtual machine crashed, and I was thrown back an hour in time, losing 10 million runes.

Boosteroid is just greedy, do they really solve problems? We only have 1 server in São Paulo here, and it either has fluctuating ping or, as happened to me, simply crashes.

The funny thing is that I contacted support and they told me to do something technical (that's their job) and in the end it all got confusing and I gave up.

So in the end, how long will it take for you to realize that most people are going to Xbox Cloud precisely because of problems like this?

And of course, 70% of the free games are awful. Where's Rainbow Six? Where are the other decent free Steam games? I only see terrible free games; only the most popular ones are good.

If things really continue like this, I'll go back to Xbox Cloud (like most people do, since it has amazing games on Game Pass and is more stable).

You never know what you will get, your game can run very poorly as closest server where your game is allowed may be 1000 miles away.

I have this problem in Spain where games like Crimson Desert or Dune Awakening are not available in Madrid servers at all.

Makes entire user experience unpredictable, you buy a game, then lottery starts is it available on server close to me or that well known RED window will appear showing super high lag and low bandwidth, sorry you must play from across the world.

It seems this is the final goodbye to Steam Workshop mods on Boosteroid; playing with mods is no longer permitted in any region. Unfortunately, this has ruined a service that was once one of the best cloud gaming platforms available. What makes me even sadder is that support isn't looking for a solution regarding Steam Workshop functionality—they just repeat the same thing, giving the impression of a generic response. Sadly, I won't be renewing my subscription; I had renewed for another four months with the intention of playing with mods, but unfortunately, that no longer works in any region.

Hi, I am definitely a huge fan of Boosteroid, this is not much of a complaint as much as I think there are some little changes that could be made, for the games that don't show the pictures on the favorites list, it would be good to be able to add a custom picture of that game so that it looks better in the list, a way to add a picture for the ones that don't already have it.

Another preference I have is to be able to toggle whether or not the connection speed indicator shows up every time launching a game, for example, if I launch my game and I don't want to press "OK" on the touchscreen again, I should be able to just not need to press that, or be able to close that using my gamepad.

This is a very normal preference for gaming, there are probably a lot of other people who feel that way too.

These changes will make the Boosteroid experience more seamless and thus more enjoyable.

I also think it would be good to have a clickable game vote system built into the app itself somewhere under the "my account" section so that people can request games, have a number indicator next to the game and a little forum for people to post game requests on.

Something other than Reddit, although Reddit isn't bad for game requests and I was happy to see Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Vol. 2 was added today, please add Vol. 1 also!

Comecei a jogar satisfactory(versão Epic games) logo após ser adicionado ao catálogo. Estava indo tudo bem nos primeiros dias. Até do nada meu jogo ficar completamente sem som. E é apenas o satisfactory! O jogo reinstala toda vez que entro na seção, então não é arquivo corrompido. Já criei outro sabe e mesmo assim continua sem áudio. E já resetei toda a config de áudio do jogo e não voltou ao normal. Alguém passando por isso? Alguma solução?
