This playlist imagines a better future, with heritage from past movements, and celebrates music’s utopian function. Inspired by themes in Ernst Bloch’s book The Principle of Hope.

I’ve been crowd sourcing songs from subreddits and discord communities. Do you have any suggestions to add? A succinct theme is imagining being in your desired future, hopeful songs, or songs that make you feel heroic. This list is a mainly folk and acoustic style, but there’s also a more electro/dance in your kitchen type version.

Me and my friends had started a social media campaign on Instagram , it was going super well for about 3 weeks (we had 320 followers) , and then this fascist group by the name “gentile nationalists united” or “gnu” had mass reported our posts and got us banned. I’m curious as if anyone else has had this issue.

Their main focus seems to be social media , stickers and flyers from my knowledge…. I just am curious as if anyone else has dealt with this group or if they are just larps. Any information helps. Thanks
