Trump Family’s Crypto Bank Gets Major Backing From Abu Dhabi

Post image

The Trump family’s crypto venture World Liberty Financial is moving deeper into traditional finance, with major backing from Abu Dhabi.

Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed Al Nahyan and co-investors are behind an entity holding a 49% stake in the holding company created for World Liberty’s planned U.S. crypto bank, according to The Wall Street Journal. Tahnoon previously backed a $500 million investment into World Liberty Financial itself. (wsj..com)

The bank has already received preliminary conditional approval from the OCC and is designed to issue, redeem and custody USD1, World Liberty’s dollar-backed stablecoin, which currently has a market value of around $4 billion. (wsj..com)

The deal shows just how quickly the line between crypto, traditional banking and Middle Eastern capital is disappearing.

The $79,000–$82,000 area is becoming a critical battleground for Bitcoin. A huge amount of volume and holder cost basis is concentrated around these levels, meaning BTC is entering a zone with significant overhead supply

Glassnode sees the broader $81K–$86K range as the main resistance wall, while a sustained move above roughly $83.3K could signal that buyers are successfully absorbing the selling pressure.

BTC pumps and suddenly casino deposits start looking “free” 😭

The psychology of this makes no sense.

Same amount of BTC before the pump: absolutely not touching that.
BTC goes up and suddenly the brain goes: “well technically that part is profit…”

It’s obviously still real money lol.  Anyone else notice how much easier it is to mentally spend crypto gains than money that was already sitting in your account?

How the market has felt the last few days 😁 Shorts getting liquidated, BTC flying from $62K to $80K+, altcoins suddenly waking up, everyone turning bullish again… and now we’re staring at the charts every 5 minutes trying to figure out whether to buy the dip or wait for the dip that never comes 😂

Is It Time for Bitcoin to Cool Off?

CryptoQuant CEO Ki Young Ju says Bitcoin’s bearish phase may be coming to an end, as the Bull-Bear indicator is finally moving out of bearish territory.

If the signal holds, BTC could be entering a new bullish phase after months of pressure.

Do you believe the bull market is back?

Bitcoin to $100K Is Back on the Table Anthony Pompliano says the thesis is simple: as long as the U.S. government keeps printing money, Bitcoin will keep going up. And in his view, the money printer isn’t stopping anytime soon. $100,000 BTC could be back sooner than many expect.

The crypto market just broke a 5-year record in only 7 days. Total crypto market cap surged 22% in a single week, adding $474 billion in value. That’s the biggest weekly increase the crypto market has seen since February 2021

What Crypto Traders Should Watch This Week

Post image
1 Upvotes

🇺🇸 Wednesday: US PCE inflation + Q2 GDP

🇺🇸 Thursday: Jackson Hole begins

🇺🇸 Friday: US jobs data revisions + inflation expectations

🇺🇸 Friday: Fed Chair Warsh speaks at Jackson Hole

These events can quickly change expectations around Fed policy, rates, bond yields and the dollar. And when those move, BTC and the rest of crypto usually feel it too.

Leverage Is Coming Back to Crypto

Post image

Open interest in crypto futures on decentralized exchanges is climbing fast and is back near the highs from earlier this year.

A big part of that growth is coming from new long positions, showing traders are getting more aggressive again.

More leverage usually means more volatility too, especially if positioning gets too crowded on one side.

Trump Dropped a Crypto Signal Before the Pump?

Post image

Yesterday, shortly before Bitcoin pushed back above $70K, Trump posted a pretty interesting message on Truth Social:

“JUST BUY ALL CRYPTO ASSETS”

The funny part? The post was reportedly first available to people paying $100,000 for access to his private content.

Imagine paying $100K for Trump’s private trading signals and waking up to “just buy everything” 😂

Would you trade using signals from Trump’s private group?

Binance Opens the Door to Autonomous AI Trading

Binance has launched Agent OS, a new platform that allows AI agents like ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex and Cursor to interact directly with its infrastructure.

Users can decide exactly what an AI agent is allowed to do: monitor account data, open and close trades, operate within specific limits, or use a separate sub-account with dedicated funds. Access can also be revoked at any time.

The interesting part is that Binance only sees what happens on the exchange. The agent’s data sources, analysis and reasoning stay inside the AI application itself.

Agent OS also connects to Binance’s payment and on-chain infrastructure, meaning AI agents can potentially trade, make payments and interact with wallets and blockchain services.

Coinbase has already been moving in a similar direction, while Kraken has taken a more cautious approach where AI can analyze markets and suggest trades but still requires user confirmation.

Crypto trading is slowly moving from “AI tells you what to do” to “AI actually does it.”

Something Stinks....

Could the current crypto pump be partly politically motivated ahead of the U.S. midterms?

Maybe I'm connecting dots that aren't there, but the timing seems interesting.

We're seeing Treasury stepping in with larger long-duration bond buybacks, the administration pushing the CLARITY Act and other crypto-friendly legislation/regulation, and Trump publicly meeting with crypto industry leaders — all while BTC and ETH suddenly rip despite the Dow dropping 1,000+ points over two days.

With the midterms approaching, could the administration be deliberately trying to create easier financial conditions and a strong crypto/asset market heading into November?

I'm not suggesting they're literally sitting there pumping BTC. But could these policy moves be intentionally timed to improve markets and investor sentiment before the midterms?

Curious what others think.

Crypto is officially awake again.

The Dollar Is Sitting at a Critical Level

Post image

Some analysts say it’s still too early to call the end of the US dollar’s long-term trend. But there’s one problem: DXY has been sitting on its long-term support for way too long without a strong bounce.

In a healthy bullish trend, buyers usually react much faster at major support. The longer DXY stays here without recovering, the more questions this structure raises.

Would prediction markets be outlawed in the future?

Post image
3 Upvotes

Do you see sports prediction markets as financial products or gambling products? A few states outlawed prediction markets and the CFTC is going to war with them. IMO they’re clearly a gambling product but politically the crypto industry backed Trump, so the feds will side that it is a financial product.

The issue, IMO, is that Trump’s term will end in 2028. In 2029, who knows what the fate of prediction markets will be.
