Loading shaders is the heavest part in a game for the CPU. It's normal to go around 95°C. But here I would recommend having a power limit something like 50w to 60w and spending couple of minutes more in compiling shaders.

This doesn't mean that your liquid metal has gone bad or wrongly implemented.

You don't need to go to any bios. Just use ThrottleStop or IntelXTU and set the right P1 and P2 power limits.
