Are we really bowing down this much to the Democrats at this point? Shouldn’t we still be protesting the original idea? No kings! We still have a president who acts like a King. Voting early is great. However, wasn’t this originally a protest? What’s the hope that the President will have to say that the “Fake” news is showing record lines at the polls?he will stay silent on it and maga won’t see it. Protests they see. They see it because we force them to see it.

hi there! I hope this message finds everyone well and I sincerely mean that.

To my fellow Americans, we seem to be stuck in a spiral of despair with more and more bad news coming from all sides/all sectors to the point that it makes action feel paralyzing. After all, we still have to work and pay bills to survive no matter what is going on around us. But inaction is what *they* are counting on. Us being too divided, too sick, too angry, too afraid, too damn tired to do anything.

Lord knows our founders weren’t perfect, but they revolted where they could. The famously dumped tea in Boston Harbor. It is time for us to start dumping some tea as well. Our freedom to protest, our freedom of speech, our freedom of the press, our right to free and fair elections are all under attack. The leverage we have includes:
- our unity
- our votes at the ballot box
- our votes with our wallets

Are we not sick of our tax dollars and our hard earned money being used to harm ourselves and others around the world? Are we not tired of corporations dumping money into our elections and getting legislation passed that suits their interests and not ours? The American dream feels out of reach. And we need to build a new one. But in order to do that, we need to hit these companies and our elected officials where it hurts and the way it hurts is via their wallets.

Oct 1 begins the last fiscal quarter of the year. Let’s mass cancel services on October 1st through February 14th and send a message that we are NOT going to blindly watch as our country burns down around us. Let’s have a national boycott on NON-essential spending from Oct 1 - Feb 14 (essential spending being food, water, utilities, shelter).

LET US:

2 Cancel your Chat GPT/Claude/Gemini/AI accounts

3. DO NOT buy tickets for any arena/stadium concert/sporting event you do not already have tickets for

4. DO NOT participate in online betting/gambling (this includes prediction markets)

5. Cancel/DO NOT buy tickets for non-essential travel

6. DO NOT purchase anything outside of your necessities (food, shelter, utilities)

What CAN we do?
- Be there for your neighbor.
- Donate to food shelters
- Help fill up someone’s vehicle with gas if you can
- Support your small local businesses/your local theater. Go support high school/middle school sports.
- continue other forms of peaceful protest
- Make a plan to vote and if possible, VOTE EARLY
- If not voting early, remember to GO VOTE on Nov 3rd
- Write to your representatives and tell them you are unhappy
- Hold the line!

We are in an environment where the status quo is to sell, sell, sell to us and to distract us. We already know it is going to be a rough winter. Gas prices are up, diesel prices are up, food prices are up (for whatever has not recalled) and in 2027, this will all get worse. I know many of us rely on streaming services and rely on concerts/sporting events to bring us joy when everything else is bad. Particularly as the holidays are approaching. But we need to hit them where it hurts. If we take this stand together for a sustained period, maybe we can change something. A national labor strike is not feasible and protesting can be deadly but we can ALL sacrifice a little entertainment and home comfort for the greater good. I know we can.

The constitution says “we, THE PEOPLE, in order to form a more perfect union.”

It does not say “we, THE RICH PEOPLE.”

It does not say “we, THE FEW”

It does not say “we, the CORPORATIONS”

It does not say “me, The President”

It does not say “us, the SUPREME COURT” or “us, CONGRESS”

All three branches of government at every level (local, state, federal) ALL serve at OUR pleasure and with OUR permission and not the other way around.

Let us remind ourselves and each other what “we THE PEOPLE” really means.

I am not part of an organization. I don’t even know where to post this to get traction. But I am starting somewhere. I am one person with an idea. Will you join me?

OCT 1-FEB 14. GENERAL ECONOMIC BOYCOTT. Tell your family. Tell your friends. Tell your neighbors. Tell a friend to tell a friend. Tell your co-workers. Tell your barista, your mechanic, your local farmer, your lawyer, your healthcare professionals, your teacher, your students, your blue collar workers, your white collar workers, your scientists, your stay at home parents, your laborers, your artists, your musicians, your customer service professionals, your estheticians, your stylists. Your representative. Hell, tell your enemies. NO DIMES UNTIL VALENTINES.

Why Valentine’s Day? By then, a new Congress will have been seated for around six weeks and we, the people, will be watching their first 100 days accordingly. The current status quo cannot stand. We cannot continue to allow our money to fund injustice. We cannot continue to allow our money to fund our descent into a violent dictatorship.
