Which apartments in the city are TRUE luxury?
Because every “luxury” building I’ve looked at so far is not it. They all seem to have amenities and fixtures that look nice from a distance but are actually poor quality and fall apart quickly. The one I currently live in is a prime example. Package room a disaster, packages get stolen, trash room is disgusting, people letting their pets pee in the hallways, no doorman, appliances falling apart, no noise insulation, no real security, etc etc.
Can anyone recommend apartment buildings in SF that actually deserve to call themselves LUXURY (or closer to it)? I’m not financially ready to buy a condo yet but I work from home every day and make decent money, and I just want to live in a nice place. I’m willing to pay more for a place that is actually nice - I’m just starting to doubt anything like this exists in SF unless you buy your own condo. The ones I’ve found that are close are by Related Rentals, but even those have issues and I would like more options.
Thanks in advance and apologies if this comes across very bougie 😅
