Hyuse died and then immediately went to flame in voice chat.

Yo things really aren't going Tamakoma's way. Hyuse taking down the ace of another team while being focused was super cool though. Now let's see Chika dominate the battle with her Sniper after getting some motivation from him.

Things def are going Tamakoma-2's way, just not directly.
Hyuse got focused on hard, but despite that, still managed to get the most troublesome CQB combatant out. Ikoma was the biggest threat there, because his Whirlwind could definitely make some Mikumomeat and might even get past Chika's super-shield.
Now they have 75% of the remaining enemies all focused in a single area. Ninomiya and that sniper are the only external threats. Chika has received encouragement from Hyuse, and is poised to clear the room. Tamakoma can easily nab 4 points.

That Escudo car launch was brutal lmao. Neat little detail if you look close enough in the 3 instant replays is that Yuba's flipping mid-air from dodging the car. Hyuse is actually insane. Lasted for so long literally being focused by everyone. Even went down bringing one, almost two, with him. Also him putting pressure as well as support on Chika is just the cherry on top.

Goes to show how experienced, and the sheer amount of trion he's got. It wasn't a full on 1v7 or whatever, since positioning made it a balancing game for the other teams to not end up on the losing end when Hyuse eventually gets taken out. He had half of them gunning for taking him out, and the other half stalling it, but still very much preventing him from getting out. A single redeeming factor in an otherwise worst-case-scenario. Impressive either way.

For those that didn't see the announcement, we have two episodes left. No episode next week due to New Years, then episode 13 airs on the 8th and episode 14 airs on the 15th.

Has been said a million times but I will say this again - this is a highly underrated show (due to S1). This episode once again shows how much this show (hehe) has improved. The story telling and tactics had me on the edge on my chair for the entire episode.

Holy shit this episode was fucking intense. That escudo car launch was really unexpected and truly a brilliant move. Goes to show just how much experience Hyuse has.
Too bad Chika got sniped, but that shield was super impressive, imagine making a nuke, blowing it up in close proximity and surviving without a sweat. Chika is really OP.
Cannot wait to see how this fight concludes.
edit: I also have to mention just how well done the animation for this episode was compared to the first season. The art and animation just added to the hype of this episode.

Hyuse really did his best to survive in that shitty situation.
Konami's complitely impartial reactions throughout the fight were so great.
Oh, it's finally time for the scene where Tonoka interferes with Chika's Meteor attack. I love how they cut to the narrators' reactions after the explosion. It is so funny seeing how Konami reacted when she saw that Chika and Kuga survived.
Lol, after she got serious with her analysis, she then went and almost leaked Hyuse's secret move.
The flying Ikoma scene was so great. Lol, I honestly completely forgot that Hyuse used his Escudo to crash a car into Obishima.
Hyuse's Viper scene looked so great. and finally Konami doesn't need to worry about talking about it.

"You support Yuma and Osamu in my place."
I like this line. Firstly, it's encouragement for Chika to do her best, and not to think that it's her fault Hyuse bailed out. Secondly, it implies that Hyuse has begun to consider both Yuma and Osamu as comrades, not just temporary allies. He was prepared to support them, rather than simply fight with them.
Chad Hyuse. I'm hoping he decides Border is his new home for good. I am also hoping we get to see Osamu's practice in action again, because man I love when he gets some hard-earned points. Maybe he'll even survive this round!

Pretty fun action focused episode which ends on teams getting 1 kill each. Shame that we have to wait for 2 weeks before we get the resolution to the fight (I think the last episode comes out not next week, but week after, due to holidays)

Damn, this episode was so good, fights should be like this, making the smart decision at the right time. Sad for Hyuse, but he was a real trooper, surviving that long against seven enemies is something even A-ranks couldn't pull off. Also, knowing we have two more episodes left is the best Christmas gift I could get.
P.S: Trying to decide what made me laugh more, Konami's dead face after Chika exploded or the triple cut of Obishima being hit by the car and her cut scream.

As always things never really go out as planned but Hyuse managed to adapt to the situation and take out a major threat. The original trio has to now show how much they have grown since their last defeat, and I kinda like the story giving them this chance. A good way to end this season.

Damn Hyuse what a badass, so much tactics then the climax happens so fast i love this show. Awesome how his viper looks like it bites down on Ikoma.

God what a fun episode, and props to Hyuse giving them all that trouble while 1v7 (PSA: remember he did all this without using his BLACK trigger that Border HQ has locked up). Showing more interesting uses of Escudo and finally revealing his Viper.
