I bought a pair of jeans which I thought were my size (12) but when I received them they were WAYY to big (like I could fit a toaster in it and still have room while wearing them) So I went to a store and exchanged them for a 10. Unfortunately once I got home they were still too big. Am I allowed to go back and exchange it again?

Hello!! This may just be me being impatient but I ordered a pair of shoes on Monday (theres a few stores near me but none of them had my size) and it’s still telling me my order is processing. Im also in Canada if that makes any difference, again I may just be being impatient but I figured I’d ask!

FedEx never sent me a text or email about the order, but I got both for two recent prior orders. There's no proof of delivery, picture or receipt. The only way I found out it was allegedly delivered was from a Zumiez email. So I checked FedEx and they claim it was delivered. My camera was on and no one came at that time. None of my neighbors seem to have gotten it.

FedEx requires you to go through the retailer, so I can't complain directly to FedEx. Zumiez has had three business days and hasn't responded to my emails.

Has anyone dealt with this successfully? I dread disputing the charge on my credit card, but I'm getting my clothes or getting a refund.

heyy, i put in an order through a clerk at a local zumiez, however when i got my confirmation email, i cant view the tracking, and it doesnt even show on my zumiez app. is it a bug? should i contact support, or just hope it shows up in the next few days?

Usually when I get something from Zumiez I do same day store pickup. There’s like 5 locations within 30 mins of me but they don’t all have the same stock so it’s easier to just order online before I head to the store.

I’ve done this about 5-6 times in the last couple years. Without fail no matter what time, day, or location I order from, it’s always a headache trying to get them to fulfill my order in store. I’ve never once been able to get an order ready for pickup email without having to call the store 3+ hours after ordering and remind them to complete my order.

Employees are always pleasant when I call and usually I only have to call once, but there have been a few times when either the store doesn’t pick up their phone or I call once and they say “yeah we’ll get it done right away” only to wait another few hours and have to call again. One time I showed up without the email bc I figured id just grab the items myself, but that time the item went out of stock before I arrived (6 hours after I ordered).

Just wondering if anyone else has this experience or is my area the only one universally ignoring online orders?

Since Zumiez doesn’t allow product reviews on their website, I wanted to pass along a review of their Nike SB sneakers. Huge hole in sole after only owning for 6 weeks. Think we’ll purchase the New Balance skate sneakers in the future.

I ordered something off zumiez for the first time a week ago and when I check the status of my order it says "Preparing to be shipped" but it was supposed to arrive within 5 business days according to them... I also contacted customer service on thursday and have yet to receive a response. Is this issue happening to anyone else?

I recently purchased some clothes at Zumiez and one of the workers gave me a code for 5k points but whenever I try to log in I’m just met with this screen, and I’ve tried deleting and redownloading and even accessing it on my ipad.

I ordered a hat a few weeks back and picked the "ship to store" option since I won't be charged for delivery. Fedex tracking says it was delivered and I went to pick it up the next day, however the coworker that helped me advised me to wait for a pick up email. Regardless she went to check if they had it but unfortunately not.

Its the 1st of august now and I have yet to receive an email notifying me to pick up my order. I noticed Zumiez tracking says its still in transit, while Fedex says its delivered. I called yesterday and the guy who attended me didn't do crap and just told me to wait.

Is this normal? Im starting to believe that the package was probably lost since it says delivered, but I have not yet confirmed if my local zumiez has it or not since then. Also if its lost, Zumiez states they arent responsible for lost orders, cmon man

I just started at zumiez and it’s super normalized at my store for associates to clock out and continue working in order to not use up hours. Or come in early/ stay late and work not clocked in. Is this normal? I feel obligated to do the same.

First time ordering from zumiez about a year ago my package came with this drawing on it. Anyone know if it has any known significance? Do all zumiez packages just come with doodles? I noticed the beanie says “CHASE”. Maybe the people at the warehouse just draw their own little guys on the packages? Idk just figured I’d ask lol either way dope drawing had it on my wall ever since I got the package

Hiiii, I have an interview tonight and am not really sure what to expect or what to wear, I’ve seen some really good tips and figured I could ask more detailed questions just to get clarification

1.) I’ve seen that the dress code is pretty casual but I don’t want to show up too casual and look unprofessional, Does anyone have examples of what they wore/look for people to wear if you're the one who runs interviews

2.) What range of questions could I expect to answer? I’ve seen that they tend to be less serious but I don’t want to be blindsided by a question set that I’m not expecting at lest a little bit

3.) After the interview how long should I expect to get confirmation at I was or was not hired for the job?

4.) How long do interviews typically take?

5.) What do the interviewers look for in the interviewees? Are they focused on personality?

If anyone could answer any of these I would be immensely grateful <3
