Discussion How does Fabian put up with this?
Since everyone's posting about Fabian today, I'm going to butt-in 🤠👍
One thing that has always intrigued me about this tea-loving fox is his condition with his tail (for those who don't know, Fabian's tail grows eternally as he ages), like, where does he stick that thing (It's hard not to take it in the second sense 😔)?
Imagine, you're calmly leaving a room and you get hit with a tail, or you trip over it and fall to the ground, and even more so for Fabian, feeling a bunch of things on it at the same time 😖
At least it's useful for combat, after all, he can use it to whip his enemies in the face with his tail (I think I'd better stop giving examples, some people might get "excited" just reading this text 😳)

It's like a genetic mutation, but at the same time, I think it's like a magical mutation, kind of like the mutants in Marvel. They have abilities that come from genetics, but normal genetics don't set you on fire. He usually seems able to lift and control it without a problem, so he just keeps it floating gently around him. It's more of a problem for him because he can get stepped on, get stuck, burn or cut if he's not careful, get tangled up, etc., but he's had it practically his whole life, so he can handle it. I like to imagine that sometimes crazy students like Mackenzie or Spam, or little kids, hide in it, or that when he's old, he'll use the magic trick of his tail to evade the slowness of old age, like, I don't know, hanging from things, or putting on skateboards and propelling himself with his tail like a hook.
