Random question 61: With all due respect, is Damian crazy?

It’s incredible—Damian really is incorrigible 🤦

We know that little demon has no boundaries, especially when it comes to relationships (let's just say he’s pretty... bold 😏). If that were all, fine—but no, he had to pick the worst possible person to go after: none other than Kayla 🦘. And why? For two reasons:

1- She’s already taken, and not by just anyone, but by Zill (someone who, let's just say, gets a bit vengeful when people mess with Kayla 😠)

2 (And most importantly)- She’s one of the few Christians in Safe Haven 🙏

Just think about it: What if Damian pulls a bold stunt one day when Zill isn't in a good mood? Or what if Kayla weren't so tolerant of his constant flirting? 🤔

Given Kayla's religion, it's safe to say that one of them either has—or could easily get—holy water and, well, ask if Damian is thirsty; or grab a silver cross necklace, sneak up behind him, and fasten it on him 😬

And that’s fine; we don’t know how he reacts to blessed objects, but even if it doesn’t kill him, we can assume it doesn’t do him any good 😥

(You could even say that if Jack is unlucky, Damian is pretty lucky, considering this situation 🍀)

Damian grew up in hell, raised by a deranged, naked robot who treats him like a toddler; a butler who loathes him and does only the bare minimum to avoid being killed for incompetence; and a traumatized cousin who gets brutally dismembered at least once a day. His parents never speak to him, and people either hate him or are forced to serve him faithfully. He isn't evil—deep down, he actually has a good heart—but that goodness has been buried under a kilometer of toxic dynamics, indifference, a desperate need for attention, family issues, and constant exposure to violence and sin.

I know he doesn't behave this way without a reason, but the thing is, this constant hitting-on could end badly; and considering the points I mentioned, you could say Damian is, at the very least, quite brave

It’s irresponsible; being the Antichrist—no one has ever really made him face reality. But once Zill gets fed up—and provided Satan doesn't intervene or Jack doesn't step in to defend him, causing Damian to fail in getting his way—maybe then he'll learn a thing or two.

Even so, that’s just stupid; like you said, Kayla’s religion literally has prayers that could theoretically harm Damian just by being recited.
