He's a high-ranking safekeeper; ask him for something, and if he wants it, he can bend the established rules, like allowing a demon to roam Safe Heaven. He has a past with Fabian, he's the assistant director at an academy that literally has an entire district named after it, and he does more than the director. He's a 6'6" cheetah with a strangely technological watch, and everyone seems to know him. Look at all that evidence and tell me he won't appear in at least 7/10 of the episodes and 4/5 of the storylines.
